I noticed how chill all the dads are in this show, in contrast to their wives.
That's because the women run everything and have all the worry

Knowing that eventually Georgie owned a tire buisness, can't help but wonder if Mandy's father eventually comes back into their lives.
i hope he does, hes a really good character i already love him
I mean we know they didn't plan anything when they said that about him in TBBT. But maybe they remembered that fact about him and that's why they made her parents have that tire shop. To 'close that circle'.
We know they don't stick to all facts from TBBT. Some things don't add up. So we never know for sure how much of what was mentioned in TBBT will really happen. But it would be cool if they'd make him get that tire shop.

Also they foreshadowed that Mandy has a brother that’s a disappointment and not interested in the shop
I'd say for sure. By the time Mandy gives birth, Jim is sick of Audrey's shit.

-Jim responding to Audrey after she questions why he never "takes her side". (He said something positive about Georgie) (S6E15, Mandy at the hospital, with the Coopers and her parents around her before she gives birth) (Not exact quote)
Apart from that, Jim has also been much more supportive of Mandy and Georgie throughout the pregnancy, and after the baby was born, and he also gave money to Mandy to help her out.

The contrast between the mom calling her Amanda and the dad calling her sweetie 🤧 He loves his little girl.
So Mandy's mum is the whole damn reason she got cut off...and her dad just went along with it for the sake of a false peace. The sooner Mandy & Jim give her an ultimatum, the happier EVERYBODY will be 😤

I feel so bad for Mandy, but i love how friendly Georgie is through all of this.
I expected some angry dad who will really gonna shot Georgie for what he did, just like Mandy mentioned in previous season, but he really seems like a nice guy.
Nah, that's way too cliche. Besides, if he was, he would have shown long before this episode.
Possibly the writers decided they would portray him as a normal dad, that was more concerned with supporting his daughter than threatening a young man that may very well be a part of their family for the rest of his life.

Everyone is Young Sheldon is somewhat to extremely likeable. Everyone in TBBT is somewhat to extremely annoying, and a strange caricature of some stereotypes. For me, I like series when there’re people with genuinely good heart (not just for close friends and family, but the TBBT characters are even really nice to each other). Also, the struggles in Young Sheldon seem more realistic than manufactured.

Yup, Mrs. McCallister’s holier-than-thou mindset and tight leash on her husband is just like Mary in her church days.
I think this may be worst, at least during Mary's church days, even though she portrayed the holier-than-holy mindset, at least George mostly always stood his ground when she gets over the top, or felt it wasn't right ; Mr McCallister just looks whipped in everyway possible.

Why is Mandy’s mom so upset?
They put her daughter through collage with high hopes for her, only for her to end up getting pregnant outside of marriage with someone she barely knows. Also, it was the conservative 80's. This sort of thing was taboo.
