Whatever protein required for our body is easily available in balanced plant based diet (vegan food) I am vegan from last 8 years and never faced any issue related to protein deficiency.
UR SO RIGHT , why is there a fixation on protien ? just consume enough calories of a wide variety of unprocessed starches and vegetables and let the body do its work . its not our job to do the math . but its our duty to gv the body real whole foods minimally processed at best . eggs btw are more problematic than useful . fyi , im a vegan since 2014 and i just ensure its plant based n its WHOLE. actually u dont even need to count calories or portion control. welll its a long story . people would do themselves a favour downing green smoothies or coconut water or sugarcane juices post workout , not protein whatevva shakes.

Yes, mam I've taken protein shake of Nutrabay and Nakpro brand which is best in india in quality and price. but it only affects muscle by 10-15% because the main protein and nutrition comes from your regular diet. so, protein is only add-on to your lifestyle we should focus on our regualr calories needs to get rid of using these protein shakes
