ANBU Kakashi being stronger than part one Kakashi always made so much sense to me. The idea of him always being on missions and fighting almost recklessly and then stopping and becoming rusty when he stops that makes him seem so much more human and cooler in my book! Cool video 🤍
It makes perfect sense that this would be the case. We saw in the series that Minato wanted Kakashi in the Anbu to distract him from his trauma but it inadvertently made him more ruthless and powerful with a super active lifestyle of killing which is what hiruzen realized before he let him go from the anbu. Taking time off of years of the habit of killing at the highest level and as we saw all day he would just reflect on his previous actions being depressed all the time, it really takes a toll on ones mental health being stagnant for a while as he projected his failures on others by being extremely strict and failing all of his genin teams. If anything his lack of training and lack of use of chakra (while his constant active sharigan was draining him too) probably diminished his reserves by a lot as we see in later arcs that he's capable of using jutsu to a larger extent as he increased his chakra reserves or at least his efficiency in using jutsu. Bro started off with barely 2 chidoris a day. 1-2 Kamuis would leave him bedridden all the way to dozens of raikiris and kamuis in later arcs such as the pain and war arc and still being at full strength. On top of this we have to assume he was a shinobi who used a ton of different jutsu all the time because of his famous nickname which would mean he had a lot more chakra back then than in part 1 as we barely see him using variations of different jutsu. He probably only gained experience with age but lost a ton of power, chakra and speed that he eventually regained and surpassed his older self. If we wanna play the game of estimating I'd say an arc where he matched his old level of power would be during the Pain arc or 5 Kage summit arc and he surpassed his old self during the war arc with his insane feats as he was known as the most lethal non kage shinobi of his time during his anbu days (besides criminals like Orochimaru and Itachi of course). He's literally number 2 in the bingo book behind Orochimaru.
Kakashi was weakened during Part I to the point Tsunade's reaction to his battle against Itachi and Kisame was "gettin' beat by just a couple of thugs, guess you were a human after all".
Kakashi was unbelievably rusty when he fought Zabuza in part one. He had very likely seen no combat since he was taken off of guard duty with Kushina. That’s over a decade with likely no combat and little to no training. Especially with the sharingan. It was practically like using it for the first time.. in part one apart from Zabuza and a brief fight with Itachi and Kisame, the only other combat missions are unknown ones from the end of part one. In the first part of shippuden, he fights Deidara with a handicap of Naruto going wild and trying to take him head on. He manages to do the same amount of damage to Deidara as Gaara does and he’s obviously at least low kage level by then. You could argue he is stronger than some of the first kage, but that’s unknown. He’s probably not stronger than most of the reanimated ones. By the war arc he is going toe to toe with Obito and he’s high kage level by then. If Kakashi is strongest when in ANBU or around there, then he was mid to high level kage
Well, Kakashi was in the ANBU until he was 21, so he definitely saw combat up through that point. But yeah your point about him being rusty stands with a 4-5 year gap.
5:52 This is interesting news to a lifelong Kakashi fan. Either there's a timeline discrepancy in Naruto again (shocker) or Obito must have met Kakashi shortly after Sakuko died. Because Sakumo was there when Kakashi met Gai at the Academy
The panels/art you choose, the editing, the music selection. Bro, you’re goin CRAZYY. Always gonna dub w a Kakashi vid but this was an interesting discussion to highlight. Imagine if we got books on his anbu years similar in detailing to Itachi’s novels. 😭 Keep grinding goat, thanks for the fire content 👊🏼👊🏼
Kakashi was kage level before he was taken out of the anbu. His curse was lifted after reconciling with Obito. He was actually a monster in the anbu. The fall-off was so drastic that he was rendered an ineffective shinobi for 6 years until he was tasked with team 7 as rehab lol
this is pretty much completely headcanon. Theres no evidence he was ever anywhere near Kage level or any stronger than pt. 1 Kakashi who was relative to Kabuto
@@joshuajose4868 Why isn’t Orochimaru’s statement accurate? Kakashi was terrified of him and was stated to be relative to Kabuto, I see no reason to think anyone was lying
I'd say beginning of Shippuden Kakashi should be firmly Kage level. Just a few weeks later he is able to combat Kakuzu who can brawl with Bijuu. Since we do know fighting makes You stronger in Naruto, it's possible Kakuzu fight Kakashi is stronger than beginning of Shippuden Kakashi by some margin, but it shouldn't be that drastic of a gap. And I think Kakuzu is firmly Kage level, so Kakashi should be too then. (Also just to clarify, I think Kakuzu is above Kakashi, I don't think they're equals, but I do think Kakashi is close enough to him to be considered Kage level.)
Ok but if we are admitting Kakuzu is still stronger than Kakashi, and Kakuzu is mid kage level…then that could easily still put Kakashi at high jonin level. He didn’t defeat Kakuzu on his own or do that much to him… Kakuzu kicked Kakashi through a forest, while his sharingan was activated, at the beginning of the fight. Kakuzu also manhandled Kakashi in close quarters, and blitzed with his threads after that. Kakuzu had Kakashi dead to rights twice before outside intervention stepped in. I don’t think Kakashi becomes clear Kage level until after the pain invasion. He does a good bit worse than Jiraiya against Pain, and Jiraiya is about mid Kage as well. And everyone agrees WA kakashi is obviously Kage level.
@@donovan4222 Kakazu off-guarded Kakashi once(since his focus was literally on Hidan after assuming Kakazu was dead) and after that was unable to really do any meaningful amounts of damage to him. Kakashi went out of his way to state that he still had Kamui up his sleeve in the manga, and said that he wasnt pushed to using it. (Meaning he likely would've used Kamui if Kakashi believed Kakazu actually came truly close to killing/harming him).
Subscribing for the channel name alone lol. i don't have time to watch this right now, but imma save it to my watch later for tonight. Channel seems dope man.
Nah. He fought Kakuzu and Hidan with a skill-set he had in part 1. Nothing used against them was new. He was always Kage level. Versus the Akatsuki duo, he just happened to finally have an uphill battle that virtually pushed him to the edge. The opponents he fought in part 1; Zabuza, Kabuto & even Itachi weren't capable of pushing Kakashi to his limits. Itachi cut his fight with Kakashi short by using Tsukuyomi (a Genjutsu that would've subdued anyone who wasn't an Uchiha with a Sharingan, essentially every Hokage) specifically to avoid a prolonged fight against Kakashi. He even warned Kisame to avoid fighting Kakashi because a drawn out battle against him would disrupt their plans. Itachi only took Kakashi on because he had the tools to end their fight quickly, tools Kakuzu and Hidan didn't have when fighting Kakashi hence their battle dragging out for several chapters and episodes. Keep in mind that Kakashi (with a part 1 move-set) forced a drawn out battle against two Akatsuki at the same time, think about the problems he would give an Akatsuki like Kisame in a 1v1 (with lightning style being superior to water style, his ability to copy Kisame's every jutsu like he did Zabuza's, his extensive knowledge on Samehada and Sharingan's precognition to avoid forthcoming attacks, plus Sharingan Genjutsu (Chapter 456, page 8) that part 1 Guy implied Kakashi used against him (Chapter 143, page 12) meaning he had Sharingan Genjutsu in part 1 too. Itachi with his sharp insight quickly foresaw all the probabilities and came to the conclusion that Kisame fighting part 1 Kakashi would backfire through injury. And he was right. A fodder non-shinobi figured out that Samehada was the backbone of Kisame's power since it absorbs chakra and feeds it to it's wielder, then told Bee that the answer to beating Kisame was to separate him from his blade (Chapter 471, page 15). Part 1 Kakashi, a master tactician who had intel on Samehada would discover that weakness much sooner and take measures to separate Samehada from Kisame way before he got the chance to merge with his blade and transform. Bee was just stupid. He repeatedly attacked Kisame with chakra based attacks despite knowing he could absorb them. Never switching tactics. But this should be enough proof that part 1 Kakashi was Kage level. Though there's more.
*My rough answer to the question of the week* Kakashi’s fight against the Akatsuki (Except Pre-timeskip Itachi) all serve as a great example of Kakashi’s prowess as a Kage level Shinobi. Deidara left furious solely because of Kakashi’s pestering, and even Kakuzu praised him during their fight. Pain wasted no efforts to be sure of Kakashi’s death. IIRC Kakashi was one of the the few Leaf Shinobi who wasn’t interrogated of Naruto’s whereabouts. Pain didn’t waste time to put him down. He also has prowess of all chakra natures, high battle IQ and more than 10 years of Jonin level experience. He could debatably be Kage level somewhere between pre-timeskip and Shippuden.
I wanna know if Anbu Kakashi, MS Anbu Itachi & Anbu Yamato could’ve worked together to destroy the Root & Danzo, and therefore prevent the Uchiha Massacre.
Your conclusion makes even more sense when you take into account the Power disparity between war arc Kakashi and pain arc Kakashi. Kakashi didn’t so much get stronger, but instead shook off the last of his mental nerfs bye deepening his resolve. And his return tO form along with his mastery of Kamui pushed him to even greater heights.
imo his performance against Deva path pain with him not using kamui until the very end to save Choji was exceptional enough for me to say that in that fight, up until Kamui is used, Kakashi is NOT jounin level; at this point, he is firmly AT LEAST low kage for being able to scrap with a rinnegan user for that long and survive. based off of strats, physical strength, and his ability to use various jutsu to counter or at least divert pain's attacks, and no kamui, Kakashi is low kage. Now, couple in the fact that he just watched his own student save him from kakuzu not too long ago, and the fact that he was rock climbing to regain his strength, and suddely the notion that Kakashi trained hella right before Pain's attack doesn't seem too egregious. In fact, i believe it is because of this off screen time that kakashi is able to effectively use the kamui at just the right moment when it was absolutely needed; to save a comrade. It makes sense why he didnt spam it to fight, and it also checks out how he was physically able to withstand the drawback of using MS: itachi stated in part 1 that without an uchiha body, using the sharingan is a lot more taxing. its not farfetched to assume that during the entirety of Akatsuki Suppression, but particularly after Kakuzu v Naruto battle, kakashi managed to slip past the low kage tier and ever so SLIGHTLY make his way to the bottom of mid kage tier. low-mid kage, if you will.
I think Kakashi reaches Kage level overall either in the Pain arc or the 5 Kage Summit arc. To me the Kakashi that fought Kakuzu was on the pinacle of Jounin level, maybe he could've reached Low Kage if he had used the MS in the fight, say if Naruto hadn't show up. Kakuzu isn't even Low Kage level since I don't see him (nor Kakashi or Naruto at that point) beating the weaker Kage such as early Shippuden Gaara, or Raasa, or even Jounin A. They're also below Hebi and arguably even Early Shippuden Sasuke. So the first version of Kakashi that I consider to be solidly on this tier is the one who was brawling with the two strongest paths of Pain, Tendou and Shuradou (Deva and Asura paths). He must be just below SM Jiraiya and the Sannin are all Kage level (before the War Arc).
After watching the video, I don't know if these novel feats and statements are consistent. It does feel very weird to say that by the Kakuzu Arc Kakashi still hadn't reached the level of his ANBU days. That's reasonable for Part 1, but we know he started training again, and 2 and a half to 3 years later he as an adult, being able to use the MS (not counting Kamui, just the chakra amp the activated MS provides) still is behind his teenage self? Or even worse, do you think it's reasonable to say ANBU Kakashi would fare better against Pain than he did in canon? Even if we consider the "depression nerf" argument, Kakashi also started to get more busy after he became tutor of Team 7, as that was the point on his life he started crawling out of the darkness of his past and of the ANBU environment, having to take care of Minato's son and of Sasuke, an Uchiha like Obito who was similar to him as a kid. After being warned about the Akatsuki by Jiraiya and specially after getting one shot by Itachi, knowing they were after Naruto, and that Sasuke was in danger of falling into Orochimaru's hands, Kakashi had a lot of motivation as he cared about them so much. That statement during the Chunin Exams of him being out of shape is vague, but it's also intended to portray the moment Kakashi decides to start training seriously again. I agree that there isn't much time for him to improve until the end of Part 1, but he should be stronger by the beginning of Shippuden, 2.5 years later.
I think it's funny how some of the most looked down members of the hyuga clan are the most powerful ones, such as hinata mukai and neji with the exception of hanabi which, indicates that their system is based off power more than potential which is so weird since it should be a combination of both but it is to be expected since the naruto world is very corrupt.
It feels like he peaked in his youth, his accomplishents made if fell like he should have been beasting in some of the later fights he was struggling with. I understand getting washed by Itachi but a few other fights seemed like he just wasn't living up to his reputation.
Before finishing the video, I'd argue Kage (Low). That alone, prior to the later power progression, would have made Kakashi a legend. It would also fit with the constant praise of him, plus the idea that even people like the Daimyō, who had likely never met him, thought he was a good fit for the Hokage position.
Ironically if we go by the hiden and retsuden novel, just by statement and the magnitude of his feats alone, he can easily be argued to be the second strongest hokage of all next to Naruto. He made a earth construct dwarfing sasuke perfect susanoo, he also made a quartz wall covering a nation, he has so much chakra and control he melted the wall within moments, he matched and overpowered the suigu which was stated to be a weapon that houses a portion of hagaromo’s chakra in, hagaromo also put his 6 path water release inside. It’s stated at full output the suigu can wipe out a entire country with a single strike, Kakashi created the fire mist jutsu which is a blazing pheonix that breathes fire, and the same bird was overpowering the suigu, meaning Kakashi can easily wipe out a country casually with one of his strikes, Kakashi also had a elemental disadvantage and he and the suigu was throwing attacks at each other like turrets meaning Kakashi was country nuking attacks repeatedly. It’s stated Kakashi’s feats at that point are only able to be replicated by adult Naruto and sasuke. Kakashi also stated he’s orders of magnitudes stronger than he was in the war when he fought obito and madara, It’s crazy to think Kakashi was already jonnin class at 12, if we go by the data book Kakashi when he first got the Sharingan defeat an elite jonnin, then he became anbu captain. Peak anbu Kakashi should be stronger than start of Naruto Kakashi, but hokage kakashi is arguably the second strongest hokage ever, it’s also stated Kakashi can take down an entire country or great shinobi nation.
I think the argument that ANBU Kakashi is superior to shippuden Kakashi does have some weight to it. If we consider the fact that 1. ANBU Kakashi was consistently facing S Class missions and coming out of them, but not just that he became famous world wide because of how skilled he was. And then 2. We can also take the fact that he’s younger, and if we use some real world logic typically Athletes are best from the ages of like 18-25. That’s where reaction times are peak and so can physical performance. Kakashi in Part 1 is 26 roughly, meaning that he’s a year older than what the physical peak would be considered. On top of him having mental and physical nerfs from not doing really any severe or dangerous Missions up until Zabuza. But even all throughout Part 1 people still praise Kakashi while also saying he was superior when he was younger. Then in shippuden Kakashi says he’s been training for the last 3 years while Naruto has been away, and he even trained his Mangekyo during it. However it could very well be possible that Kakashi hadn’t used it in an actual fight until Deidara, but had trained enough to know that it strains his eye so it probably discouraged him from using it more. But at this point Kakashi is even older than part 1. So my opinion high balling ANBU Kakashi can get him to about pain fight Kakashi levels. Where at that point the shippuden Kakashi starts to over take his ANBU self because of his experience and feats he has in the pain fight with the Kamui. I think that’s the very highest we can get his days in the ANBU to. But that’s just a theory
I mean Kakashi was able to combat Kakuzu on an equal leveling without using Kamui and I pretty sure he even said he was confident in being able to end the fight at any point with Kamui. So yeah even if you think that Kakuzu isn't Kage level that would still be the point where he is just outright beyond the Jonin and Anbu Tier. But if we're talking about undeniably smack dab within Kage Tier it would be 5 Kage Summit. The fact that he was able to do even the slightest things against Sasuke at that point shows that he is definitely within that tier of characters even without Kamui.
We need more videos on Shisui and fugaku they get downplayed way too much they are both really strong I know some people overrate them mainly shisui but all I see is how they are both fodder when they are both incredibly powerful I have some good arguments for where they scale taking information from the novels and anime
Honestly I keep forgetting how strong mukai is beating 3 tomoe itachi and shisui is insane considering how strong they are I scale them both very high even at that time
1:46, I would say he’s definitely kage level during the 5 kage summit, holding his own against base sasuke, although fatigued and half blind, should still somewhat scale to his beginning of 5 kage self who was stronger than his curse mark 2 state, who was dominating deidara
@@sageofthickcalves eh, I never really saw it that way since kakashi has always been really resolved in what he does, especially in this case when he’d just saved Sakura from sasuke solidifying his belief of sasuke being too far gone
@@sergperez5484 kakashi states “now I know how the third felt”, implying he’s emotionally struggling with this. We also know the 4th databook implied that Sasuke’s fall into darkness made Kakashi question himself as a leader and shinobi
When was Kakashi Kage level is a tough question. Because upon his introduction he's really the only Jonin we have and he is the measuring stick for Jonin. I'd say the moment Naruto falls and Kakashi catches him on his back in the Land of Wind, he's ready to be Kage.
Probably the war arc or somewhere right before. He was fighting a lot of strong reanimated ninjas and then was fighting off tailed beasts and obito. It couldn’t have been when Sasuke attacked the 5 Kage summit because kamui was the only reason he survived a susanoo arrow from a damn near blind sasuke
@@sageofthickcalves also, people tend to forget a couple of things about that encounter: 1. Sasuke, due to all of his rage amps, was, ironically the strongest version of himself in the Summit, and when he first arrived, Sasuke was already relative to the Raikage, the (arguably) 2nd strongest Kage at the time. I say Sasuke was relative to the Raikage because while I would never even imply that Sasuke was stronger, it wasn't nearly as much of a one-sided ass whooping as everyone likes to portray it as. 2. Sasuke's Susano'o arrow is significantly faster than Sasuke himself.
Madara predicted Konoha's kage position always being controlled by Senju's... Every "non-Senju" hokage has Senju level chakra feats: 1. Jiraiya can use sage mode without body mods like Naruto and Minato 2. Jiraiya, Minato and Naruto (natural sage mode users) all have the same summoning contract as Rikudo 3. Hiruzen could use all chakra natures, a Rikudo ability according to Jiraiya 4. Even Danzo had a body that could handle Senju transplantation 5. Low chakra Kakashi was spamming mangekyo abilities more than Itachi by the war arc and had a massive chakra boost afterwards I think the story of the Senju is that of a clan that killed their name while intermarrying into other Konoha clans. That's why so many random Konoha ninja are born with Senju level chakra.
Power in Naruto isn't really so linear. Learning how to use all five nature transformations is a significant buff to variability which boosts one's AP for sure. Being fast helps. Having lots of chakra helps, for sure. It's a combination of things that work together to create a level of power and ability. Which is why I hate alot of the newer developments, including some in shippuden. They felt cheap and chakra centric, rather than a valid way to measure ability. As long as you have lots of chakra you can spam to win in some parts of Naruto: Shippuden
@@xavierthomas5835 the point I was making is that Kakashi’s depression nerf brought him down a significant amount, and it wasn’t until after his battle with Obito in the war that it was lifted. He then goes on to become borderline Otsusuki level, which tracks when you consider that
if he wasn't nerffed during his ealy anbu days with minato and kushina dying or with other factors he would of reach that kage tier alot earlier in his life.
Also Kakashi stamina and AP constantly being drained when he gets sharingan. You could argue kakashi gets nerfed at that point. I believe Kakashi would have further developed Raikiri and mastered that variant (to be useful without the sharingan, We've seen in boruto what he did with it)
I believe there's a statement about Naruto Generations game cutscenes being canon. If that's the case, we know for a fact that Kakashi's clone (add Shadow Clone Jutsu to the list of A-rank jutsu known by Kakashi) can somewhat pressure Jonin Minato and even touch one of the bells during the test. "In his youth, Kakashi made some noise as a member of the ANBU, a capable warrior even in this special unit, the sole purpose of which was to take on dark, clandestine missions." I believe this comes from the Shikamaru Hiden novel. We can safely say that ANBU Kakashi is superior to a pre-Chunin Exam Part 1 Kakashi. We know he started to train after his hospital bout with Kabuto. It's a shame that you haven't covered the anime Kakashi ANBU filler arc. I know it's technically not canon, but several things from it are referenced in databooks. Kakashi and Yamato crossing blades? Check. Kakashi speaking about Naruto's birth over Rin's grave? Check. This would also make Kakashi's scaling over Yamato quite significant, considering that Danzo entrusted Yamato with the mission of assassinating Hiruzen. Would it be fair to assume that you've delved into the Kohinata meta due to some of my comments in your earlier videos? Excellent work overall.
@@mc_rysiek5277 I appreciate you brother! Yeah I avoided the Generations stuff because, while Cyberconnect said they’re canon to the anime, a) they don’t get that say and b) it doesn’t make it canon to the manga. So the best bet is to not use it as canon material. Basically the same thing applies for the ANBU Kakashi filler. While there are some great moments in there, it actually does contradict the databook 3 statement saying Kakashi cut the bolt of lightning while he was in the ANBU, by having him do it beforehand. But there is some good stuff in there. That Shikamaru Hiden quote is a great catch 🔥 I apologize man, but I don’t recall your Mukai comments. What did you say?
@@sageofthickcalves I do not remember the ANBU arc touching on Kakashi's lightning feat. I think this was covered in a different filler. In one of your earlier videos (I think it was the Kakashi vs Itachi one) I've mentioned that Kakashi can be potentially scaled over Kohinata. I was wondering whether you've decided to cover that topic here because of that comment (as I don't think you've covered it before), but maybe I'm too full of myself xD
@@mc_rysiek5277 Yeah I’m not sure if it’s the same exact arc, but regardless, it’s still filler so it can’t be taken into account. Gotcha. Tbh I don’t remember that, but it was probably planted in the back of my brain haha
@@sageofthickcalves Hey brother, I'd like to draw your attention to one thing I don't believe you've ever mentioned. During Kakashi's encounter with Orochimaru in Part 1, when Kakashi activates Raikiri he says: "Even if you're one of _those_ three ninja... the man I am today can take you down!" Meaning a pre-retraining Part 1 Kakashi considers himself to be around Sannin-level (which is ~ Kage-level at least). This correlates nicely with the fanbook statement that "anyone going up against him risks death" Now I know there's this whole argument about Oro making Kakashi crap his pants. A couple of issues with that: - Kakashi only states that he _can_ beat a Sannin, not that he _would_ for sure. Big difference; - Oro only used his fear hax after already luring Kakashi into a false sense of security. The moment Oro turns around and starts to depart, Kakashi visibly relaxes, he outright deactivates Raikiri. Furthermore, Kakashi had his Sharingan covered in that instance, and IIRC, Sasuke claimed that Oro's fear hax is genjutsu; - Oro is, base to base, the strongest of the Sannin. He pretty much low-diffed Jiraiya during the Sannin Deadlock, and while it's true that Jiraiya wasn't at his best, the drug he was injected with was wearing down pretty quickly, while Orochimaru was nerfed to a far greater extent; To be clear, I'm not saying Kakashi would've beaten Oro in that instance, I don't believe so at all. But between his own statement, the fanbook statement, the databook statement (strongest in the village), and his trackreckord against Kabuto (who fought well against Tsunade), I see nothing problematic about pre-retraining Part 1 Kakashi being around base Sannin-tier, with ANBU Kakashi being obviously superior.
@@sageofthickcalves Hey brother, more of ANBU Kakashi glaze :) By default, ANBU Kakashi's unquestionable superiority over pre-retraining Part 1 Kakashi makes him superior to Zabuza, who is physically stronger than base Suigetsu. Where Zabuza casually wields Kubikiribocho with one hand, Suigetsu gets frequently tired simply by carrying the damn thing on his back, and explicitly needs to amp his strength with hydrification to effectively wield it singlehandedly. Even so, base Suigetsu has some good feats, such as trading blows with partially transformed Jugo, trading blows with Kisame (albeit off-panel), as well as blocking strikes from Killer Bee and Ay, even while being at an elemental disadvantage. So Zabuza is significantly stronger than base Suigetsu, and pre-retraining Part 1 Kakashi stalemated Zabuza in a blade lock, despite Zabuza having advantages of a much heavier weapon _and_ superior leverage. We can go even further with the Suigetsu scaling. Since Suigetsu is considered "Second Coming of the Demon", the case can be made for Zabuza to be overall comparable, if not outright superior, to full-power Suigetsu. This could potentially scale Zabuza (and thus, ANBU Kakashi) to peak Suigetsu who can physically brawl with full-on Gyuki.
I think kakashi reached kage level after he was revived with rinne rebirth after fight with pain. As he met his father a lot of his mental trauma would have reduced due to which his chakra level and stamina would have increased as we see in war arc his chakra level improved significantly. I think it was because of his meeting with his father. After that kakashi fights with sasuke in five kage summit arc. people downplay kakashi in this fight as fatigued sasuke overpowered him but they should understand that kakashi was facing trauma of facing his own student he did not go all out in this fight. When he gets serious and decides to go all out and kill sasuke he is stopped by naruto. I think this kakashi was equal to kakashi at the start of war arc so i think kakashi reached kage level after getting revived by rinne rebirth and meeting his father which reduced his mental trauma and increased his chakra reserves and stamina
@@Jaishivji777 w take. I argue that after his interaction with his father in Limbo, he reaches the strength we see him with early on in the war arc. He’s mental nerfed in his fight with Sasuke, so that doesn’t really count for his scaling.
@@absgames9425 oh gotcha. Yeah ANBU Kakashi should just be significantly above Guy tbh. I don’t think they’re rivals until Kakashi gets rusty and out of shape
Gangster Kakashi really becomes a whole Kage level at the war arc fr He holds up to 6th gate Guy, the v2 cloaks, kcm Naruto, Minato and Obito, in the war he was already more powerful than the Raikage and Tsunade, even tho kamui is a big part of it he already scales physically to all of those characters Then there's post-war Kakashi who is just way much more stronger and packs a whole another level of chakra reserves Also idk about you but I think Pain arc Kakashi beats Mei, so he was already starting to be at least like Sanin or low kage level at like Kakazu's or Pain fight
I am positive that kakashi in the 5 kage summit arc is when he is Kage level cause Before he pulled out kamui kakashi was boxing sasuke and sasuke fought the 5 kage but did lose. after watching the vid Bro kakashi was kage level during either Kakazu fight or Deidera
An unpopular opinion but I believe Kakashi is one of those characters whose reputation exceeds his own real abilities. He is strong but, not really in the top tier he has a mind of a kage but has chakra and stamina of a chunin. To make things worse he always needs support fighters in his battles against the arc villains. Be it zabuza, kakazu and hidan, pain the list goes on. I can't remember a single chapter in which he dominated a fight against anyone.
Kakashi most definitely has chakra and stamina above that of your average Chunin, it’s just not elite amongst jonin until the war arc. As far as Zabuza, he dog walked him the second fight with no issues, after being rusty the first time around and underestimating Zabuza. He also had no issues with Hidan, but you could say that he did with Kakuzu, although he does outright state that he didn’t have to go all out. Again, Kakashi dominated Zabuza the second time around, and he also beat the brakes off of multiple Chunin/Jonin during konoha crush. He easily solod the demon brothers in the first arc of the show. During the war arc, he was able to go toe to toe with and best multiple level 2 bijuu, and forced them to go into their full transformations. The problem is that Kakashi is almost always put against characters who are absurdly strong, like high kage level strong. Kakuzu was capable of defeating a bijuu by himself. Itachi is above the Sannin. Pain is on that same tier. Who else did he objectively lose to in a 1v1 other than Itachi and Pain? Even Kakuzu was only able to get the edge because Kakashi had to save Team 10 multiple times, and Kakashi still was never forced to use his MS. I don’t think it’s so much that Kakashi is overrated in verse, but more so that a) people are referring to a younger, stronger Kakashi when referencing his strength (copy ninja nickname came from his time in the ANBU) and b) he routinely faces off against absolute monsters.
Anbu Kakashi just lightning blade people’s hearts no mercy which is why he got recommended to leave He changed his fighting style after leaving the anbu to the relaxed defensive fighting style we see him use
@@sageofthickcalves your explanation itself proves what I am saying in the first place. I never said Kakashi isn't strong I just said he ain't *the guy* you would bet against your arc's main villain because he needs support fighters to tag him. Yeah he dog walked zabuza in the second one but it's really of no use as he got caught in the water prison in the first one and if not for Naruto and sasuke that would have the end for him. Guy on the other hand who is always implied to be a tad bit weaker or behind Kakashi in terms of relative strength actually dog walked Kisame first his 30 percent clone and then the real one (although without Samehada) but still that feat still states he is actually way stronger than Kakashi in all combative aspects as Zabuza is no where near Kisame. Another feat of embarrassment for the great lord 7th 💩 is his face of with Kabuto in the hospital in part 1 where he got literally outsmarted by a nobody who is not even a fighter but a medical ninja. The fight in which he went toe to toe against multiple level 2 bijju he was supported by 7th gate guy and B so thats not a *lone feat of strength* you take guy and B out of that battle and I wouldn't be surprised if Kakashi gets killed in seconds , but the same can't be said for eight gates guy who I believe could actually fight alone by himself against obito and the tailed beats six paths in the eighth gate form (whether he wins or not is debatable)
@@AMJ564 First of all, Kakashi is one of the main characters. He’s got hella plot armor. Deal with it. Secondly, Guy is like a DBZ character who got lost and found himself in Ninja-land. His kit is boring. (Unpopular opinion.) Lastly, Naruto became a battle of “my power’s more hax than yours!” during the second part, and less about skill. Kakashi is one of those characters who are still effective just by sheer intelligence and ability alone. The only thing that held him back was that he wasn’t an Uchiha so he had constant chakra drain due to the Sharingan.
@@joshuajose4868 *"as Zabuza is no where near Kisame."* Kisame just had a significantly more combat efficient blade than Zabuza's. It fed him a lot of chakra & is why he donned the moniker "Tailless Tailed Beast" but besides that they should be relative in strength. In fact, from what we're shown, Zabuza possessed greater water style Ninjutsu than him. Also, Chojuro despite having his Mizukage Mei as back-up was afraid to battle Kage summit Sasuke not because he was an internationally wanted criminal or an Uchiha with the Mangekyo, but because he was rumoured to have defeated Zabuza (Chapter 466). This strength portrayal overshadows any of Kisame's. Furthermore, Kisame considered Deidera to be one of the stronger Akatsuki members (Chapter 363, page 7). Yet since Zabuza was a master of the silent killing technique which = instantaneous killing with stealth, he would be too much for Deidera. Deidera couldn't track Sasuke (without even being blinded by thick mist) and had to be given pointers by Tobi to survive getting easily stealth blitzed and one-shot (Chapter 357). In a 1v1, Zabuza would have a field day against an Akatsuki member that Kisame considered to be among the heavy hitters. The gap between them really isn't that big. *"Another feat of embarrassment for the great lord 7th 💩 is his face of with Kabuto in the hospital in part 1 where he got literally outsmarted by a nobody who is not even a fighter but a medical ninja."* He's the great lord 6th. That "nobody" outsmarted Hiruzen & every high ranking Konoha official by working for Orochimaru as a double agent right under their noses for years which eventually incited a Konoha crush arc and Hiruzen's death. Then orchestrated a 4th great ninja war less than three years later, essentially fooling everyone (since he worked as a spy for every great nation). And that medical ninja bodied Sanin Tsunade in a 1v1 while holding back, Tsunade who become Hokage later that same arc. All you did was downplay Kabuto who is strong in his own right and more genius than Shikamaru. 😄 And Kakashi wasn't even outsmarted. Kabuto left the hospital room after failing to complete his mission objective.
Yeah he’s called “extremely powerful” in databook 1, was put in charge of the royal kids’ team, he was capable of defeating Hayate, as well as swapping hands with Genma for a bit, and is a high ranking member on the Suna council. So technically it’s not stated he’s the strongest, but it makes sense with all things considered. Especially being in charge of Gaara’s team.
I Think the only reach is that anbu Kakashi is over Mukai. Different adjectives for their praise isn’t enough to put him at or below Mukai as an anbu captain.
@@robertdoyle2586 right, it’s just that Kakashi has better lore implications, and he was his captain while being younger than him. At worst, they’re relative
Part 1 is mentally nerfed and shippuden he’s slowly getting back to what he was prior to the series and even stronger than that by the war. Kakashi was a Kage level ninja as an Anbu. Even as a Jonin he was always considered worthy of being a Kage. So the answer from the age of 12 he was at the very least low Kage level and by the time around Minato’s death he was firmly there.

If Kakashi didn't stop training after he keft the anbu, he would have easily been Kage Level at the start of part 1 or low Kage level. Then by Shippuden, he would definitely be Sanin level by then.
I had to come back to this video, I had something in my mind. If Kakashi had left the Anbu and worked like a regular jounin and not an instructor. Would he still be that much weaker? I just want to know how much of a difference that would make for his strength...
Great question. I think that the implication from his statement in the Zabuza fight is that he hasn’t been on an A or S rank mission in a long time. So the fact that he’d be going on easier missions would lead to him being much more rusty.
@@sageofthickcalves yeah, but don't regular jounin go on those? (Obviously Kakashi wouldn't have because he was just failing genin) But if he was asked to leave the Anbu and just went back to being a regular-degular jounin he probably would still have gone on difficult missions no? @@MaríaCamilaBolívarBetancourt well, Kakashi implies that he hasn’t been on a mission like the Land of Waves mission for a long time, and that was an A rank missions
@@MaríaCamilaBolívarBetancourt In military terms, Kakashi was combat ineffective as he was suffering from PTSD. (Think about that scene in which he kills an enemy ninja instead of bringing him in for interrogation.) He got taken off the ANBU and got relegated to a Jonin team leader, which is pretty much babysitting children. Which was a damn shame because Kakashi was one of their biggest assets. That would probably explain his being “rusty” or not being up to par with his ANBU self.
Didn’t Mukai just lose to Itachi and Shisui only because of his seal? If I’m fighting someone and he’s beating the ish out of me, and I luck out by hitting something that makes a rock fall on his head, I wouldn’t consider it a win. Did I survive? Yes, did the other die? Yes. Did I cause his death? Kind of… did I beat him? No.
Mukai lost because of Shisui’s MS, which Danzo didn’t know about when saying that Shisui + Itachi is > Fugaku. So Mukai beating down Shisui + Itachi before Shisui uses MS allows for the scaling chain to work
Thank You Sage. I’ve been trying to get people to understand Kakashi being 3-4 years younger than everybody in his class. Eventually they made everybody the same age as him from some reason but I remember seeing him be the youngest Jonin at 26 whole Gai Asuma etc.. were 30 years old in part 1.
I’d argue he’s either at the absolute peak of jonin level or the absolute floor of kage level in part 1. But yeah 4-5 years of not training or going in difficult missions will do that
@@i.q.1979 no he’s a bit below Kakashi. Kakashi fought him differently when it was 1v1 and dominated him, so being forced to take into account protecting team 7 and Tazuna was definitely an obstacle for Kakashi there. I’d say Zabuza is high jonin, though
Question how come in the flashbacks we see guy participating in the chunin exams despite not being old enough to graduate from the academy? I also found it weird and a bit inconsistent the Kakashi age of graduating from the academy as there is nothing in the flashbacks to imply he was 6 nor anything in the anime to say he was 6. So it feels more like someone added it randomly and it stuck. Because i don't think Kishimoto actually thought of it or cared about that detail
With Guy, TECHNICALLY he could’ve been 1.5 years older than Kakashi and the ages work if you say Kakashi graduated when he was 5.5 years old. However, Obito’s adult age is just incorrect. It doesn’t work under any circumstance. Kakashi states in the manga he became a Chunin at 6, and there are at least 7 databook and novel statements backing up his graduation/Chunin promotion ages. So yeah you can just say the adult ages for some of them are wrong

I love Kakashi but i feel his potential might not be as high as one would assume. Like him graduating at 5 and 6 respectively is great but from what i gathered some Naruto characters had higher well spring of how they could go if that makes sense. Kakashi is still insane and definitely at least in the top 10 prodigies
His potential was stunted by what happened to his dad, Rin, Minato/Kushina and obito. Once he worked those out his true potential emerged in the war arc. His whole story line is overcoming CPTSD
I hate.. HATE when people cling to that “Kabuto is equal to kakashi “ or whatever it is statement simply because Jiraiya and Oro say it when neither of them necessarily have seen all Kakashi was capable of.

Kakashi does have extremely high potential but i am not sure if his hype would be on the same level as Itachi and Minato considering it's highly implied everyone was more impressed by those two. And its kind of weird that Kakashi is so stressed out about Itachi when they first fight. I don't know its just weird because we know Kakashi is a insane prodigy but there is a possibility that some of his peers have higher heights to go.

The Jiraiya thing is almost certainly a lie, but we see actual physical evidence of him being fatigued by using MS. So it’s a bit different than that situation. As far as Orochimaru having superior genjutsu to part 1 Kakashi, that’s simply not true.
No, it’s not a lie at all. if he overuses his Ms he will die or be permanently injured both unfortunate outcomes. We know that by his internal dialogue after his statement, which shows exactly what he’s thinking. The difference between Jiraiya and Orochimaru is Orochimaru is predictable because the sharigan can see through hand signs. Jiraiya on the other hand uses almost exclusively, summoning based techniques, many which are near instantaneous large scale, or flat out unpredictable. Itachi is certainly a lot stronger full power, but there is major cost to his health and eyesight based off the arsenal comparisons. He needed Ms to counter Jiraiya’s opening move, it was not worth the fight.

ANBU Kakashi being stronger than part one Kakashi always made so much sense to me. The idea of him always being on missions and fighting almost recklessly and then stopping and becoming rusty when he stops that makes him seem so much more human and cooler in my book!
Cool video 🤍
Thank you so much! Glad you liked it 🙏🏼
It makes perfect sense that this would be the case.

Ok but if we are admitting Kakuzu is still stronger than Kakashi, and Kakuzu is mid kage level…then that could easily still put Kakashi at high jonin level. He didn’t defeat Kakuzu on his own or do that much to him…
Kakuzu kicked Kakashi through a forest, while his sharingan was activated, at the beginning of the fight.

Goated vid, and I’d say Kakashi enters into Kage level at the Kakuzu Fight
Thanks brother! W take
Wow. Such a detailed video .
Good job !

*My rough answer to the question of the week*
Kakashi’s fight against the Akatsuki (Except Pre-timeskip Itachi) all serve as a great example of Kakashi’s prowess as a Kage level Shinobi.
He could debatably be Kage level somewhere between pre-timeskip and Shippuden.

imo his performance against Deva path pain with him not using kamui until the very end to save Choji was exceptional enough for me to say that in that fight, up until Kamui is used, Kakashi is NOT jounin level; at this point, he is firmly AT LEAST low kage for being able to scrap with a rinnegan user for that long and survive. based off of strats, physical strength, and his ability to use various jutsu to counter or at least divert pain's attacks, and no kamui, Kakashi is low kage.
@@deutschdrei to be fair, Deva is holding back. But I respect it
Crazy tsunade was suprised kakashi got defeated by itschi when she thought he killed all the uchihas by himself

After finishing the vid this makes so much since danzo and mukai would know how strong anbu Kakashi is.
100% 🙏🏼
Kakashi also stated he’s orders of magnitudes stronger than he was in the war when he fought obito and madara,
It’s crazy to think Kakashi was already jonnin class at 12, if we go by the data book Kakashi when he first got the Sharingan defeat an elite jonnin, then he became anbu captain. Peak anbu Kakashi should be stronger than start of Naruto Kakashi, but hokage kakashi is arguably the second strongest hokage ever, it’s also stated Kakashi can take down an entire country or great shinobi nation.
Back to the OG!
Yeah I’d say Kakuzu is low kage level. Kakashi with Kamui is > that, but without is probably equal to or slightly below.

I'd say the moment Naruto falls and Kakashi catches him on his back in the Land of Wind, he's ready to be Kage.
To be fair, Kakashi is never a “standard” Jonin. Even at the beginning of P1, he’s the strongest Jonin in konoha. But I think this is a good answer 🫡
If part 1 Kakashi wasn't already at low kage level, for sure he was kage level in the Akatsuki suppression arc.
Probably the war arc or somewhere right before. He was fighting a lot of strong reanimated ninjas and then was fighting off tailed beasts and obito. @@sageofthickcalves also, people tend to forget a couple of things about that encounter:

Every "non-Senju" hokage has Senju level chakra feats:
1. Jiraiya can use sage mode without body mods like Naruto and Minato
2. Jiraiya, Minato and Naruto (natural sage mode users) all have the same summoning contract as Rikudo
3. Hiruzen could use all chakra natures, a Rikudo ability according to Jiraiya
4. Even Danzo had a body that could handle Senju transplantation
5. Low chakra Kakashi was spamming mangekyo abilities more than Itachi by the war arc and had a massive chakra boost afterwards
I think the story of the Senju is that of a clan that killed their name while intermarrying into other Konoha clans. That's why so many random Konoha ninja are born with Senju level chakra.

@@Tres_okoye well, when you consider the fact that he’s Otsusuki level in Boruto, it makes sense

Without Kamui?
I believe there's a statement about Naruto Generations game cutscenes being canon. If that's the case, we know for a fact that Kakashi's clone (add Shadow Clone Jutsu to the list of A-rank jutsu known by Kakashi) can somewhat pressure Jonin Minato and even touch one of the bells during the test.
"In his youth, Kakashi made some noise as a member of the ANBU, a capable warrior even in this special unit, the sole purpose of which was to take on dark, clandestine missions."
I believe this comes from the Shikamaru Hiden novel.

This correlates nicely with the fanbook statement that "anyone going up against him risks death"
Now I know there's this whole argument about Oro making Kakashi crap his pants. A couple of issues with that:
- Kakashi only states that he _can_ beat a Sannin, not that he _would_ for sure. Big difference;
- Oro only used his fear hax after already luring Kakashi into a false sense of security. The moment Oro turns around and starts to depart, Kakashi visibly relaxes, he outright deactivates Raikiri. Furthermore, Kakashi had his Sharingan covered in that instance, and IIRC, Sasuke claimed that Oro's fear hax is genjutsu;
- Oro is, base to base, the strongest of the Sannin. He pretty much low-diffed Jiraiya during the Sannin Deadlock, and while it's true that Jiraiya wasn't at his best, the drug he was injected with was wearing down pretty quickly, while Orochimaru was nerfed to a far greater extent;
To be clear, I'm not saying Kakashi would've beaten Oro in that instance, I don't believe so at all.
@@sageofthickcalves Hey brother, more of ANBU Kakashi glaze :)
By default, ANBU Kakashi's unquestionable superiority over pre-retraining Part 1 Kakashi makes him superior to Zabuza, who is physically stronger than base Suigetsu.

Anbu Kakashi just lightning blade people’s hearts no mercy which is why he got recommended to leave
He changed his fighting style after leaving the anbu to the relaxed defensive fighting style we see him use

(Unpopular opinion.)
Lastly, Naruto became a battle of “my power’s more hax than yours!” during the second part, and less about skill. Kakashi is one of those characters who are still effective just by sheer intelligence and ability alone. The only thing that held him back was that he wasn’t an Uchiha so he had constant chakra drain due to the Sharingan.
@@joshuajose4868 *"as Zabuza is no where near Kisame."*
Kisame just had a significantly more combat efficient blade than Zabuza's.
*"Another feat of embarrassment for the great lord 7th 💩 is his face of with Kabuto in the hospital in part 1 where he got literally outsmarted by a nobody who is not even a fighter but a medical ninja."*
He's the great lord 6th.
Yup! The databook graduation ages confirm the age gap. The databook 4 adult age for Obito is just an error
So Kakashi goes/downgrades from mid-Kage level in the ANBU, to elite Jonin when he's first introduced?
I’d argue he’s either at the absolute peak of jonin level or the absolute floor of kage level in part 1. But yeah 4-5 years of not training or going in difficult missions will do that
@@sageofthickcalves Does that put Zabuza at the absolute peak of Jonin as well?
If anbu kakashi is above fugaku even with fugaku ms he’s very powerful considering how strong fugaku is I scale him relative to early ms itachi and above the base sannin but that’s just where I scale fugaku I know a lot of people will disagree with my scaling which is fine people usually don’t agree with my scaling on certain characters like fugaku Shisui and tobirama even late war kakashi and peak ems sasuke people disagree with my scaling but I’m confident in my scaling of these characters even if some people disagree

The reason Tsunade finds it hard to believe that Kakashi would lose to itachi and Kisame seems to be cause she's ignorant of their strength.
She may be ignorant about Kisame's strength, but not Itachi's. At least not fully. Like everyone else, she was under the impression Itachi massacred the entire Uchiha Clan by himself.
Are you familiar with how strong he is as Hokage?
@@sageofthickcalves I am i am still not sure it's that high
His potential was stunted by what happened to his dad, Rin, Minato/Kushina and obito.
Once he worked those out his true potential emerged in the war arc.
His whole story line is overcoming CPTSD
I hate.. HATE when people cling to that “Kabuto is equal to kakashi “ or whatever it is statement simply because Jiraiya and Oro say it when neither of them necessarily have seen all Kakashi was capable of.
He would’ve defeated kakazu with kamui i think

7:52 To be fair i don't think she is aware how strong Itachi is. For example him wiping out his clan i am not sure is that common of a fact if your not actively learning about Itachi. Like I don't think a drunk Tsunade who is constantly gambling heard anything more than "Rogue ninja Itachi". And Kisame too as he is even more obscure to her. Its a bit of a weird statement to make.
Itachi is known worldwide for wiping out the Uchiha clan by that point, so she 100% knew
@@sageofthickcalves He is known world wide yes but I am not sure that anyone would mention he wiped out his clan at least not often enough for Tsunade to notice

Honestly when you compare kid Kakashi to other characters who where of a similar level of power by roughly the same age give or take a few years, it's kinda weird he wasn’t kage level by the time he was 15-21 years of age. He was a jonin at age 12
@@dylanbarrett508 he was actually a jonin by 10, which is crazier. So yeah I think it makes sense for him to be kage level in the ANBU

16:25 KIsame stop! If you take this man onz it won't be without cost.
I can't tell if Itachi is sizing up Kakashi in real time or if he too is simply thinking back on his time with his captain back when they were in the Anbu. I'm leaning more on the latter which would also put late Anbu Kakashi above his paet 1 self.

My comment was posted about 3 months ago on your kid Kakashi is broken short.
I have a video request, I think you might like. Compare the Kakashi against the immortal duo fight with the Hiruzen vs Orochimaru one. The old man and Kakashi were outnumbered. Both these fights feel so alike. The fact that Kakuzu has a parallel plot with Sakumo is as if Kakashi was fighting his father. Talk about their feats as well as their crutches/nerfs.Then have Kakashi and Hiruzen swap places.
7:01 To be fair though thats by stone ninja standards so we don't even know how high that is in that time of the war. For all we know its below Baki. I am not trying to diminish Kakashi it just feels a bit overhyped it. For example Kakashi does have high level ninjutsu but we don't know how proficient he is with the rasengan nor do we know how strong his jutsu are. Considering he spams chidori a jutsu inferior to rasengan in almost every way besides speed i am willing to wager his skill in the rasengan is not above teen Naruto's level
“Extremely powerful” implies a good deal above average, per his rank
@@sageofthickcalves Yes but we don't know what's above average for stone ninja
@@Redoren966 jonin is jonin, regardless. Onoki would’ve been the Tsuchikage at that time, and they have high military strength in the databooks. So, while their top jonin likely arent on the same level as Konoha’s top jonin, they’re still jonin level regardless

Kakashi by the time he fights kakuzu or Pain.
If he was in his 20s when he said he had been in the ambu 8 years then he wouldn’t be 9-10 that’s how math works
@@kain7813 he joined the ANBU at 12. He was 20 when Itachi meets him in the ANBU. This means he had been in the ANBU for 8 years. But yeah, he does stay at least another year, so he would’ve been in the ANBU for at least 9 years. That is, in fact, how math works.
this video kinda pisses me off. Not the quality of the video itself as it's an amazing video but the fact that a character like Mukai is just reserved to novels and not part of the main story. The hyuga clan really needed some more love from kishimoto.
Yeah Kishi straight up ignores the Hyuga for the vast majority of the series lmao
16:21 Wasn't Itachi lying there? Because he says it out loud and he also acts like he could only tie with Jiraiya
He has no reason to lie there. If he couldn’t wiped out Kakashi with basic sharingan genjutsu, he would’ve been able to accomplish exactly the same things. We also see he’s breathing heavily after using it.
@@sageofthickcalves But he implies that he can't beat Jiraiya and says he was forced to do stuff. And we also are aware Itachi did that level of jutsu on Orochimaru who we both know is stronger than Kakashi in genjutsu. Plus he could have just done it to show off
The Jiraiya thing is almost certainly a lie, but we see actual physical evidence of him being fatigued by using MS. So it’s a bit different than that situation.
As far as Orochimaru having superior genjutsu to part 1 Kakashi, that’s simply not true.
@@sageofthickcalves it's stated in the data books
Fugaku’s MS was only known by itachi and itachi alone though

I’d say the accomplishments we know of put Kakashi above Minato, but Minato has the advantage in statements. You could also argue that Kakashi was stronger age to age until Minato got FTG, which would’ve been around when Minato was 15 years old
@@sageofthickcalves In my opinion learning and mastering FTG by 14-15 years old (surpassing Tobirama's and Boruto stating his FTG is not as good as his grandfather's) and creating the Rasengan - the pinnacle of shape transformation (in the same age) after only seeing a bijuu bomb once is one the biggest genius feats in the entire series only behind Boruto's feats of course who is undoubtedly (maybe unfortunately) the most talented ninja in the whole Narutoverse by far
