This is, without a doubt, Rick at his absolute lowest. He lost his best friend, his wife, his son, and he doesn’t even know if his girlfriend and his daughter are alive. I wish Michonne and Rick didn’t reunite in just the first episode so we could see Rick at rock bottom a little more.

Andrew FUCKING Lincoln... one of the best fucking actors in my opinion. I have grown up with him as Rick and i will forever be a fan and hope this series is something to be remembered for ages.
He is a great actor but Norman Reedus was a big part of this shows success for me, I didnt come to the series from the comics I found the series drunk on Netflix after a bad ending to a relationship so the walking dead means a lot to me, but the comics is completely a different tale. It's unfortunate Carl fans couldn't understand that

To make us feel the pain and sadness, the hatred, the love, and fear. I know a lot of people hate the show but to those people who love it like me it's absolutely beautiful. To think, It all started when one day someone woke up in a hospital bed, with no memory of anything that had happened or where everybody went. Only fear of the New World, fear of The Walking Dead.
Okafor was my favorite part of the shoe do far just to see those last 4 minutes. I truly do hope we get to see him fleshed out in the next 5 episodes. I dont want to be robbed of this amazingly written character.
Hopefully we get some sort of flashback, but the dude’s importance to the lore of the series is insane. The reveal of him being apart of Operation Cobalt and bombing the marines gives answers to why the military seemingly failed to stop the apocalypse. Combine that with Huck’s character from World Beyond and it’s clear that soldiers became very conflicted at the fact that they were forced to kill so many civilians that they began refusing orders and turned on each other. If anything, I’m satisfied that we at least get that explanation.
