The lack of the sound of the sea The absence of the boom of the waves As I lay down In the green surrounds of safe late July Was what most impressed itself upon my mind Frequently, again and again, over and over, There it wasn't Now we're in Between, part one How many sections left to reach Beyond The Sea Wading through the mysteries and unforeseen and Pretty trivialities persuade open my clasped hand to steal some hours, Monopoly money, mere figures on the screen But I guess it's worth it, it's okay Everybody needs a day Or month or two to laugh and let things slide And it fell to a long hot August where I strangely wait for other things Evening walks on the marinas and piers, harboured sunset streets Ropes and sails slice the view of boats and yachts Tiny cuts on my feet because I walk and walk and walk But I guess it's worth it, it's okay Everybody needs a day The silence being far from the sea The absence of the swish of the waves As I lay down In the green surrounds of safe late July Was what most impressed itself upon my mind Frequently, again, again, over and over, There it wasn't.
Oh, how nice to hear from you -- I thought the other day I wonder what the dancing dove is doing. That's a nice poem that somehow reminds me of Emily Dickinson and the song sounds like a beautiful soothing lullaby, falling asleep while dreaming of the sea -- well, if you would not manage to sing and eat crunchy nuts at the same time ;-)
I hope you are eating and exercising properly, your beautiful and powerful mind is a precious and rare treasure that blesses the world by just existing among our muck and mire aka *Emotional Constipation.*
Ghostly, with weird sort of crunchy noise/noisy rocking chair and birds too, Not sure about low quality, more like featuring an asmr background What I'm wondering is if you had a second style to sing this song.
The crunchiness is the piano keys! I don't have a MIDI connection. What do you mean a second style? It just appeared exactly like this... no change of anything... this is the way it is. :)
