My mom taught school for years and she used the rebounder with her students when they had memory struggles. She would have them take whatever they were trying to memorize and repeat it while rebounding. It made a huge difference not only to their memorization but to to their self esteem also. Thank you for this incredible channel.
I had an older female teacher who made our male classmates to run around our school court when they couldn't settle themselves. That was our modern day Ridellan medicine. She understood the problem was had a simple remedy for fidgety little boys and girls.
I went 'next level' & just got a monthly membership ($19.99) at a local trampoline park. Primarily using for lymphatic drainage. It's been a month, & I'm still in the honeymoon stage, love it!
When Lisa was describing her rebounders she sells, she was talking about tapered springs & how important they are. I agree. I have a Cellerciser which was created by Dave Hall & he came up w/the idea of the tapered spring that has a bulge in the middle. What surprised me was when she used a bungee type rebounder to demonstrate ! The feet can easily pronate on that type of rebounder. I totally agree about rebounding & the benefits. I get on mine daily for one main reason : get that lymph system moving. I had a mastectomy almost 5 yrs. ago & some lymph nodes removed. Now I know how vital it is to pump the lymph system daily. It's our sewage system. Plus rebounding affects every single one of the trillions of cells in our bodies. That's fantastic !
If I can suggest a great brand. I bought a 55' bungie cord ACON and it's SO nice. Dead silent, soft and comfortable jump. It's impossible to stay off of. Very high quality.
Im loving my rebounder ,its the best birthday present

Oh no! Breast feeding does NOT cause baby weight to come off. It took 1 solid year of intense work to get my 30 pounds of baby weight off!!!
Yes it does help the baby weight to come off.
@@Valerielopez2002it does for some people. I breastfed and it didn’t lead to weight loss.
