The main problem with this game is you are very limited to which characters you can use diversely for example if you're favorite Disney movie is Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and you want only Snow White characters on your team you're screwed your only option is the evil Queen that's it
Well, you have to be patient. If you want Snow White in the game, she will definitely be part of this game with the Seven Dwarfs (They are very known and important Disney characters, so they will definitely be in the game). Personally, I was waiting for Lilo & Stitch characters (at the time, there was only Stitch) then after several updates, Jumba, Pleakley, Lilo and Angel arrived! (Nani is missing to complete the happy o'hana...And why not Cobra too!) So yeah, if you want your favorite characters to arrive in the game, you have to be very patient. For one thing, a game with so many characters and options requires a lot of maintenance (I'm a computer science student, and I know how much work it takes to keep a game like this running). Also, Disney has a lot of characters so it's normal that your favorite characters won't necessarily be the next heroes to be included in the game. But don't lose hope! If you have characters that you like and they are well known enough to be represented, then you can definitely expect to see them in this game (For example, the Sanderson Sisters are from a movie that is not well known internationally and yet they are in the game!) We just need to give PerBlue time to deal with the game's bugs, the players' needs...etc. But eventually, no matter how long it takes, your favorite Disney characters will be in the game soon.
