I love how you encapsulated both Bayo and Jeanne's pettiness in just simple combos and sequences. For example, (5:17) was just you sh-tting on that Joker. After that first Witch Time, you could've just F-tilt and F-Smashed. But, no. You decided to capitalize on that first Witch Time, footstool Joker, and Witch Time again to dodge the get-up attack. 😭💀
This was so clean! Love the stitched together narrative too. I'm definitely going to have to practice some of these more. I can never get my DABKs to connect like that.
Tbh she doesn’t have to be an echo she can be the villain rep for Bayonetta. They can do a link and Zelda type of thing. Bayonetta uses all the iconic stuff to her but Jeanne can do all the other stuff. Basically transforming, using different weapons (her Katanna from B1 mostly) and have her signature harder to use but more rewarding witch time.
I know it's rare for Bayo to break a shield and it seems like down smash is the only way to do it but is there any other move that can? And, are there any setups u know?
Honestly your only moves that do decent shield damage would be Dsmash and Bair. I've seen other Bayos use Nair to weaken shields but I haven't experimented enough with it. I will say though that I've broken someone's shield with rapid jab, might post that one in my next montage lol.
