Gosh, I was made fun of so much wearing glasses and being called "four eyes", back when wearing glasses wasn't common. and not to mention those tv tropes where nerdy girls get glow ups by removing her glasses and their her hair down... Society has made us feel ugly for being visually impaired :(

Well She's a witch, so....you know. The most plausible answer is magic.
(My head cannon is) that she Could also have something in her heel that acts as a trigger for her guns on her feet that activates when she kicks. She has to kick with a lot of force or else how would she be able to do damage?
But magic is the simple answer.
