Just wanna state the anime revealed something that wasn’t supposed to be revealed until what would be the events of season 3 and it’s a massive reveal with arcs of foreshadowing.
I enjoy the anime just unfortunately this is a read the manga one where so much was cut and moved around that it diminishing the experience.
But dispute my disappointment I’m just happy people enjoy the anime

so its confirmed to be 2 core? niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiceeeee. Better than nothing I guess... but this being on Hulu gives me cause to worry that there wont be a second season :/
The highlight of the episode for me was Seeing a Fire version of the Mushoku Tensei Hydra combine with Adam Sandler's remote from click to form a barricade that gets eaten by the Jaw Titan right before Alexis Armstrong from FMA whacks Peltrola with a Card Captor staff.

I have a feeling the D vs Blue Keeper fight will anticlimactically end. D has improved, but I don't see him as strong enough

Manga read here. And I feel like they’re cutting a lot of the dramatic beats to fit this arc into the first cours. So, definitely for me, the pacing seems fast. But I’ve been wondering if it’s the same for the anime watchers.

I'm actually surprised with the comments I been reading over on aniwave - people think its moving too slowly. I think its moving a bit too fast, but its decent, it did feel like content was cut but I was hoping it was nothing that would affect the overall plot.

@@AbyssalSoda Definitely first and foremost, I love the manga and I love the anime. Two different mediums, so that have to be done differently. But main plot has been intact. What is a bit lost are the comedic beats, and some of the more intimate interactions depth between the characters. I half suspect that the first arc here that's airing is upping the pace to draw people in, and then the following arcs will be a bit more fleshed out.

Im still wondering if the Fighters can become monsters at some point. Be it through battle or something tramatic/tragic to their being. I just dont see D being a graze can ruin everything forever. He has to eventually be able to be a sneaky assassin type right? Im still a little unsure how nobody thought how he micried the blasters was weird or nobody thought anything of it.

Fighters are invaders/monsters. Just not of the same level as executives.

It seems like the creators of GGLR watched Bleach TYBW and said "Let's see if we can duplicate the same pacing issues as these guys", and they managed to do so.

Not the creator of the manga, but the person in charge of the anime. They're cramming 50 chapters in 12 episodes cutting alot of context, lore and moments that build character depth. This needed at least 3-4 more episodes.
