Final Fantasy VII EC - RAMUH EX2 - LOW CP / No Water Skin

Ramuh had - 200% weakness for water element so use water skin will help you alot but if u don't have????
* You will need to take control very much for this battle.
* First and important , you must summon Leviathan + Red LB can takedown those Sparks from Ramuh. If not i won't prefer you to try this battle.
* Use materia defaith from Aerith then use his frenzie fang for maximum debuff matk.
* Try to use breach materia from Red when possible to boost Cloud DPS or you won't make it before Ramuh enrage.
* Try to heal and make both Aerith or Red become highest HP , Ramuh will target them or if he shoot Cloud , he'll dead for sure ( tested I can't survive his thunder lancer at mid game even full hp , max debuff matk + max buff mdef + zero/low Ramuh gauge)
