I was able to practice on the patch and wipe it away several times before I got acceptable results and the homeowner was thrilled. Thank you for making these videos! lite compounds are junk there are light because they no water in mud then u have to add lot water and mix alot to get creamy mud regular joint compound are used on textures or powder texture

No u primer before paint
Do I need to mix all this with sand?
no but sand can be added some skip trowels.
