I am not sure how it will work with that one since I haven't tested it. I know they say is made with sugar and they say that in tests it only has been found to have no more than 20% of the glycemic index of glucose but that still 20%. Swerve has a 0% glycemic index but in some recipes, it can have a cooling effect in the mouth. I didn't have that issue in this recipe. So I would advise that if you are going to use the Whey low, make sure to say it's low sugar and don't say it's sugar-free. That way you protect your business. :)
