@@2yoyoyo1Unplugged sentinels were a bad decision. they are broken, the only ship type you can max out all 4 stats. on top the only ship type that can hover on point and the easiest cheapest ship to farm. whats the point of farming/flying any other ship? they should have rather adjusted existing types first. this way every other ship is irrelevant, even the living ship where you have to farm hours for and not 5 minutes.!
I always keep the Radiant Pillar in a new playthrough, and max it out when I can afford the class upgrade.
Its a solid ship design, and you cant find another one anywhere else. There's similar models RNJesus blesses you with, but not the Pillar.
My favorite ship is that Utopia Speeder we got with the expedition.
Yeah its way too easy to score a sentinel interceptor.
But you can have a whole hangar of ships, and any ship can be upgraded beyond your actual needs. Might as well have an assortment
Finding one with the turbo slots in the right spots is more important than anything if you wanna max out a stat. And now you can divert power to weapons, engines or shields too.
Style is the most important thing. Lol
The coolest part is the systems around the galactic core are actually very occupied by other players so you run across their bases and their ships all the time.
and do you get to come across the owners of the base perhaps?
@@eddyeffy very rarely but yes you can sometimes cross pass with players randomly - if they're playing the same gamemode as you with MP enabled you'll both be put in a common game if you're in the same system - happened to me once in around 100 hours
This game seems like nice explore and fun time
It is, came back to it after not touching it since launch and the devs have turned it around big time, super cool chill and relax game

It's a fantastic chill out and relax for a while game.
I forget why I tried this, but once I just started hoofing it on a Paradise Planet, and scanning for every Knowledge Stone I could find. A few hours of ground pounding, and I knew enough of the language that I rarely saw an untranslated word.
Knowledge Stones are hard to spot from the air: you really have to be on the ground to find them. Whether that's on foot or via Exocraft, it's worth the time.
I just started playing this game after I heard all the talk about Starfield is garbage compared to No Man's Sky.. and I will say, this game is AMAZING. I got Starfield for free with my video card purchase, but I have no desire to even play it after playing this.
Quin, you need to change your view on the spaceship like you did to 1st player mode... the ship flies so much better with a controller in the 3 person mode.
There’s a ton of stuff to do, but I have almost 800 hours in it since patch 1 and come back each patch to play the new content. It’s been a heck of a ride

Someone let him know that you can refine the goo stuff into nanites eventually. You just have to refine it several times. Most items have some sort of uses even the rust you collect can be eventually refined into iron.
And that was the last time he played No Man's Sky.
Probably revisit when new update drops, like terraria

Quin, I've been a big fan for a long time ever since your wow days. Man I hope you enjoy NMS for a long time, the game transforms completely as your personal skill improves and the community is simply amazing and makes it further infinite in it's long term enjoyability!

And recharge your shield with the battery icon in the in-game menu.
Space is supposed to be about the unknown and discovery, but Starfield doesn't have discovery or exploration that exceeds the mind

I absolutely love that this guy is experiencing NMS for the very first time but this guy is so brainlessly lost (and that's putting it the nicest way possible) and he panics at the smallest thing possible, I feel like a majority of streamers are like this and its not even an act and it gives me a headache. I just came across this guy for the very first time and I want to enjoy this but I just cant.
I love NMS but watching you play is far more fun

AND that was only the FIRST Galaxy, there are 255 others the sentinels are Bots. theres just so much in this game even after many hours you still find things to do

does this game just have seamless multiplayer now like an actual mmo? I thought it was just like co op from a menu
Not entirely sure but I think you can run into other players during your SP gameplay but chances are pretty slim as everyone is placed really far away that will require them to warp to different systems to get to you. You can also send co-ordinates to other players for them to home in on your base I think. Then again you can always play the MP mode which makes it much easier to connect to another player.
Well you can meet players randomly (outside the hub) and trade or shit just like mmos. But the chances of that happening are so low that it feels like a miracle.
it's less likely that you will meet anyone randomly outside of a multiplayer hub in normal mode cuz of how big the map is (although if you really want to meet people it's not that hard). But you can meet tons of people flying around in the Expedition mode. It's harder to find a galaxy with no random people in that mode as long as you stay on the course lol.
you have community mode that feels like an MMO where you all work towards same goal and are placed on the same planet. Finishing the community challange will give you comsetic rewards that you can use in normal game. You can have 4 people in your party and many more can be in the same place

Extremely niche game, it's fun for abit, nothing compared to starfield, people just need to admit they never liked bethesda games, or that quinn is a hipster who hates things most people like just to seem different.
You kidding? I've only got about 40 hour in Starfield but NMS is way better. Starfield is extremely repetitive and copy-paste with very little actual exploration.
