As a retired respiratory therapist, I can 200% attest to the importance and effectiveness of Dr.Anand’s work. I suspected that the relaxation induced by deep breathing was as compelling as nicotine in tobacco addiction. When working with smokers to help them give up smoking, I would suggest that when they wanted a cigarette, take the same time out break to smoke, to go outside & do deep breathing for the time it would take to smoke the cigarette. Many of those who did this reported that it was effective in helping them quit.
Thank you Dr. Anand for sharing this practice and showing how breath really is the essence of life. The world has become such a complicated and stressful place, and having the tools to take back control is such a gift. I look forward to doing the breathonance program.

I'm really and sincerely happy to learn about this new opportunity as I have serious concerns about many "experts" using musical healings. Some are honest and serious but how many can induce some bad frequencies or intentions in their songs… I'm ease with this recommendation. 👍
