I wanted to let you know that your videos have helped me through so much! Not only did you help me pass my final HESI, but I just found out I passed my NCLEX! Thank you so much for being the person you are!
Hello Professor D!! I ran into your RUclips channel 2/3/21 the day before I sat for my RN NCLEX. Before sitting and watching about 6 of your videos especially prioritization twice, I was a bit nervous because my test taking skills were not the best. But let me tell you on 2/04/21, I was able to knock those questions down one by one without feeling an inch of anxiety. I had 145 questions and over 25(or I lost count)SATA, majority prioritization, and a bit of every thing else. I thank god so much for showing me your channel (I cried and called you my angel). I studied with a group of girls all over the country via zoom and I have been sharing your videos and telling them to subscribe to your channel because I want you to get registered nurse rn RUclips status, because you are on that level! I will continue sharing, watching and willing to help you get there, like you did for me!! I would encourage everyone getting ready to sit for NCLEX to spend the last few days watching your videos. You are AMAZING!! Thank you much, Celia RN Wellington, FL
Your explanation is amazing and thank you for your help. Can you please do separate videos on individual organs like cholycystitis, Pancreatitis, GERD , Hepatitis A B C , Liver Cancer , Pancreatic cancer, IBD , IBS etc …
Professor D ❤ I aced all my exams since subscribing to your channel! Thank you so much for taking your time to teach us and explain material so clearly.
Hello Professor D! I just wanted to say thank you for all the videos and content that you share. I just graduated from an ADN program and I couldn't do it without you! Now I'll be watching your videos to prepare for the NCLEX!
With your teaching and doing ATI practice questions, I scored a 89% on my first "Medsurg 2" exam on "The Renal System" last Tuesday and I am back for "G.I" Thank you. You are God sent.
I love your videos!!!! Can you please do a video community health? Like staff education, culture awareness, disaster, SATA questions. I took NCLEX twice and failed. So I’m trying to understand how the questions are worded and how to eliminate the wrong answers.
Have you been struggling with NCLEX be it LPN or RN, have you taken the exam for more than once? Are you taking it for the first time? Do you have a too busy schedule to study? Get to Dr Luther for your NCLEX assistance. I’m so happy I finally passed my exams thanks to him. He’s got a magical qbank which will help you become a RN

@18:30 For the question, "The nurse has administered Lactulose to a client with cirrhosis,"... Are we still concerned about Hypocalcemia, not explicitly related to Lactulose, but more with Hypoalbumiemia, and the lack of calcium binding? Also, would we be worried about Hypernatremia with Lactulose treatment?
@Future RN Ari, Hi! great point I was thinking the same, but here's my understanding that leads to hypokalemia be the correct answer. Hypokalemia, GI bleeding, and High ammonia levels are all risk factors that lead to hepatic encephalopathy. Likewise, high ammonia levels have a risk of leading to hepatic encephalopathy! Hence, administering lactulose you would essentially want LOW ammonia and not high; moreover, if there is a presence of hypokalemia it will increase ammonia levels- resulting in the medication, lactulose, not working, making cirrhosis even more in diagnosis.
Hi prof could nclex questions be this simple? Is this from a past nclex sample? I am about to take mine soon and this was a good one but was wondering if the nclex was more difficult than this? thanks!
I love your video and could you add more SATA questions and questions from the uworld because many questions from the world are so difficult, thank you so much for your teaching
She doesn't do "real world" questions because she is trying to get you through the test, and a lot of the time the book and the real world differ. This is strictly what the book tells you to do.
I really like this channel is the only thing that distract me while I’m watching the video is every time, Dr. D she holds her cup to drink something. The sound of drinking is so noticeable that it distract me.
I wanted to let you know that your videos have helped me through so much! Not only did you help me pass my final HESI, but I just found out I passed my NCLEX! Thank you so much for being the person you are!
Congratulations!!! I am so happy for you!!!!!!
Very good girl❤
