Great pruning information to have beautiful blooms all season long. Love hydrangeas all around the garden.

I love them too, especially the arborescens. I'm really looking forward to that Haas Halo doing its thing! Thanks for watching!

I've completed my prepping on my Invincibelles. Mine do flop however with heavy winds and heavy rainstorms. I wish they didnt! Fun time to prune as you know! 😊 Wheres your Shamrock tee? ☘️ 😉❤

Do you have to tie them up for support once they flop or do they bounce back?

I’ve been hearing to delay any shrub/tree pruning until after our cicada apocalypse? (I’m Chicago area too)

Central Illinois will experience the two cicadas at once, but our area will see just one. I'm not delaying my pruning and will be covering new trees as their thin branches are the most likely to be affected. I'll do a video on that as the event gets closer. Thanks for watching!
