What a legend
Language barrier??? It’s so cool he always laughed it off 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
"I escaped in the scorn." 😂
@1:48
Reporter: "you appear to be -"
Nadal: "DaFuQ??..."
LMAO
It is practise that makes perfect . He is literate in four languages.
Yes Rafa has clearly improved his English level since a few years
there should be a translator, specially in the big tournaments.
The other thing, it's probably not that important what they say. I wouldn't care as much, his English is unique and I understand it still.
No, he should learn English like Roger and Novak.
His English is just fine. It's understandable enough.
@@dogbraincatbody5966 Hahaha who are you to say Rafa what he has to do? Education system in Spain is very poor, that's the reason why most of Spanish people can't speak other language fluently. Also with the dictator Franco we suffered a long period of autarchy that disconnected us from the rest of the world for decades. Would you speak a lot of languages if you were from Spain? I doubt it folk.
@@rasplasdsg Nadal is great player and fighter, but be honest, Novak and Roger speak 5 languages and Rafa barely one foreign. He travels a lot like other players so he had enough opportunities to learn.
Wow, his English really improved. What an evolution.
Who Cares how he speaks english when You are " ombilivibol" on the court!! Todos los españoles estamos orgullosos. Proud of him yo death 🤗
6:38 "surfrace" 😅👌
Rafa is indeed ombillibable!
damn.... and my mom has been living in america for almost 30 years and can't even conjure up a proper sentence with the grocery bagger. LOL
Lol same w my Taiwanese mother in law. 30 years in L.A. I can prob speak better Spanish than she English.
He's adorable....
And those who are laughing need to learn more about him.
20 grand slams and limitless money. And ofcourse, respect from everyone.🙏
I think Rafa had a good passive English knowledge, so he understood almost everything, but his active skills were not the best, in the end of the video he learned speaking English fine. Not everybody is capable to learn easily another language, everybody borns with different abilities, some needs more time.
the truth is that Rafa does not care to get the polished accent...and use excessive vocabulary or wannabe phrases like the other english speaking tennis folks do...he knows to communicate what he has in his mind as answers to journalists' questions... and he does that very well... we should actually appreciate his respect for mother tongue and the way he abides by it... he has even stuck to his village without going to foreign places for training etc...all others including federer and jokowitch have gone all over the world for training... Rafa deserves respect for all that he does without doing the fashionable things that the other tennis guys and gals have done...
As with anything that Rafa does, he gets better and better with age. Nadal Is My Champion!
"No, iam not nervius".
ESCUPÍ TODA LA COMIDA JAJAJAJAJ
Miren el idiota, cuyo idioma natural probablemente es el Náhuatl.
@@LuisSanchez-vp9nq que resentimiento querida, tómese un tecito que se le pasa.
@@emilianososa2079
Resentimientos ??
Por qué tendría que tener resentimiento ?
Sólo he dicho la verdad.
@@emilianososa2079
Si no es en Náhuatl es cualquier otro idioma nativo de América....
Probablemente, quechua o aymara...
@@LuisSanchez-vp9nq entonces en Europa los jóvenes tienen que hablar Latín y otras lenguas antiguas? Jajaja
He's improved a lot. That's quite a great achievement to see Rafa's progresses. Man, look at Franck Ribery, this guy just learnt Italian in 3 monthes. Un-believable ... and some ppl think he's dumb
he's so cute...the true goat!
Oh please, spare me. I am Brazilian, living in UK for 20 years and all the time see British people who don't know how to use they're, their and there. Too much for lecturing foreigners speaking English. They mess up their own language.
Love that at the beginning of his career he sounds like Manuel from Fawlty Towers
🇪🇸🇪🇸 RAFA NADAL N1 🇪🇸🇪🇸
0:03 haha I love this ,,what‘‘ 😂😂😂
Ahahahaha love this 😂 “Unbeliebable”
Adorable...just adorable ❤️❤️😁👍
4:12 lmao the outtakes for this were hilarious
He is my my favourite love ❤️ you god bless you 😊😘😘😘😘 I mean Rafal

English pronunciation is not easy at all for native Spanish speakers; it takes a lot of practice, and time to get it right or close to it. The accent likely does not ever go away completely unless of course you were a teenager when you started speaking the new language,
Levels of English:
Beginner
Medium
Articulated
Very articulated
Ombillibable
Rafa
Next = evolution of Rafa's hair
Euuuh...Are you sure evolution is the right word !?

His English has improved in leaps and bounds!!! Rafa is a well rounded and balanced human being and fantastic tennis player!!! He tried hard to improve and he did it. This is what separates the wheat from the chaff! Rafa is highly intelligent and way above the others!
Esta comprobado según tienes menos pelo más sabes ingles
Rulf00 😂😂😂😂😂

Se llama calvicie.
Pues entonces lo mío, ya es desgracia. :-(
