    This is a PERFECT recipe for the Kerala beef cutlets. I have introduced my children to this recipe and they have appreciated it so much that I had to share this with you. Saturday/ Sunday is cut,et making days for them ( in diff continents) and perfect for freezing . Thanks my girl.

    I love Mahimas cooking vlogs.. very simple.. recipes accurate to the core.. No drama🤭.. no dragging.. never even one time change the measurements. I love love love it.. I have tried several and I am very very particular about the taste.. And I feel that back home taste with all her recipes.. I have tried several out there. Some I know personally. They are good in their on ways . But nothing like Mahima.. ( my personal opinion.. not an expert, only a foodie) As far as we all are concerned our mothers are the best cook.. Mahimas recipes are very close to my moms.. May be that adds to me sticking with her.. And the way she presents her videos.. very simple, looks very elegant and grounded.. Just love it!! You are the best Mahiii!!

    Oh thats why, we are not using egg yolk for frying recipes.. And different oils also produce froth.. Thank you chechi for the tips. Definitely I ll try...

    Mahima sweetie, I had to make these ‘ Kerala beef cutlets’ for a friend . Made it with 1 kg beef. They came out sooooo well, all the people who ate it were praising it…. I thought I must inform you . Thanks for this lovely recipe. God bless.

    So nice to get up in the morning and let my imagination flutter with the smell of frying cutlets. And an elementary and precise explanation of the proportion of meat ,onion and potato. Made my day !the version I followed used coriander leaves but curry leaves sound better as I think it gives a more Syriani flavour.

    _Thank you Mahima for this video. In Trivandrum, its quite rare to find beef cutlets in the bakery...I wonder why? 🤔 They'll only have Chicken & Veg cutlets...The same applies to puffs as well. Now I am gonna try this recipe & hopefully it'll come good_ 😊😊

    Hi Mahima
    I am used to making cutlets the same way you do, to bind with potatoes. However when I moved to Mumbai I found it odd to fin bread slices blended and used as a binding.
    I still do it the way my mother used to make these beef cutlets.
    Thanks for the recipe.

    Hi Mahima. I only recently found your account and I love how clearly you explain the recipes.
    If we freeze uncooked cutlets wont they become watery when u defrost it?

      If using airfryer you can directly cook it straight from the freezer. Otherwise thaw it for 10-15 minutes and deep fry

      Due to high heat. Also the bread crumbs falls into the oil and gets burned.

    The shapes of cutlets look like machine cut. You are an expert cook. Do you get wok in India? You have nice cooking utensils. Is your you tube presentation done in India or abroad because kitchen and accessories all look exceptionally different?

    Chechi,i tried this recipe try cheythu,it was so tasty.But consistency sheriyavunnilla,mould cheyyan patunnilla proper ayitu.Entha problem ennu ariyamo?

      Did you cook potato without skin? In that case potato will absorb more water. Potato should not be too watery

    കട്ട്ലെറ്റ് ഉണ്ടാക്കി ഫ്രിഡ്ജ് or ഫ്രീസറിലാണോ സൂക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടത് ? പൂർണമായി ഉണ്ടാക്കിയതിന് ശേഷം 10 ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞു ഉപയോഗിക്കാനാണ് .

    I have one doubt, while I was doing this procedure my cutlets were broked in oil. Would you mind telling the solution for broken.

      Your oil should be hot. Also while shaping cutlet, press well to bind.

      Frying time put only 2 or 3 that the solution to much in oil every thing is broken
