So nice to get up in the morning and let my imagination flutter with the smell of frying cutlets. And an elementary and precise explanation of the proportion of meat ,onion and potato. Made my day !the version I followed used coriander leaves but curry leaves sound better as I think it gives a more Syriani flavour.

Hi Mahima I am used to making cutlets the same way you do, to bind with potatoes. However when I moved to Mumbai I found it odd to fin bread slices blended and used as a binding. I still do it the way my mother used to make these beef cutlets. Thanks for the recipe.

If using airfryer you can directly cook it straight from the freezer. Otherwise thaw it for 10-15 minutes and deep fry

Did you cook potato without skin? In that case potato will absorb more water. Potato should not be too watery

I have one doubt, while I was doing this procedure my cutlets were broked in oil. Would you mind telling the solution for broken.
Your oil should be hot. Also while shaping cutlet, press well to bind.
