Hi, can you help me? For two days ago I received the Dr Dennis Gross DRx SpectraLite FaceWare Pro, but i think, the product is defective. In the red light function, it is not 100% red, there are some red lights but mostly lights are orange. Is your mask like that? The first color is dark red and very intense orange (mostly orange), then it goes from red to purple and kind of pink and the next color is purple and red/orange. Its not 100% red :(
