I have PCOS and havent gotten my periods in 2months. Its like i am bloated and having periods like pain since the last few weeks. Can you plz tell in more detail about how to check your ovulation . I was lucky enough to conceive the 2nd time with an ovulation kit but this time i dont see that happening any time soon

Hello I have PCOS I was on birth control pill too regulate my cycles since I quite I only got one period which is in January this year got my test done last month I have high level of LH and free testosterone levels are slightly high too but insulin comes normal when I was first diagnosed my insulin levels was every high now I’m spotting but not getting a regular period can you please help me with that
Your PCOS sounds like androgenic pcos. The spotting is due to hormonal imbalances for sure. Years ago, i spotted for 40 days on and off without a period before having to induce a period using medication.After that, i made several lifestyle changes that helped me reverse PCOS. Myo insitol tablet .. can u explain the dosage and time to be taken .. im on fertility treatment
Hi There, when you are on fertility treatment, it is better to first see what medication/supplements you are on already and then take myo-inositol. Usually, i personally use and recommend my clients Ovasitol (combo of myo and d-chiro inositol) that mimics body's natural ratios. It is from a brand called Theralogix.
I'm married 6 yrs ago...I have conceived during 5 th yr and in 7 th mnth I lost my child the baby died in womb and after 4 dys my delivery was done.....I'm conceived while taking metformin tablet...and now it's almost 1 and half year and dctr says u have pcod so u are an ovulation is the problem...Thanx for sharing it's very helpful

Please someone suggest good app to track ovulation days
As I mentioned in the video, apps are the most unreliable way to track ovulation days, especially if you have irregular periods. The best way is monitoring cervical mucus and other symptoms. I personally used Glow app to track my dates for mensuration but not for ovulation. I clearly explained towards end of the video how even my app predicted wrong ovulation dates whereas I have regular periods. Hope this helps
Can a PCOS patient having normal period not obsessed still lose weight.
Yes with proper lifestyle changes, they can certainly lose weight. Pcos that is driven by insulin resistance can be a bit challenging but definitely doable.
I suffer with infertility from last 7 years my AMH is 2.5 plzz tell me it is ok or not some gyne consider me pcos patient some say i am not plzz tell me exact symptoms I periods are only one week late not more my weight is 47
No you have not pcos because in pcos Amh level is high...but in your case your AMH level is little bit less

Metformin is a prescription medication given by your doctor. They will decide the dosage based on your needs.

@@mamamunchkinandmore doctor don't know the reason.in third pregnancy she given me trigger shot 💉 and I concive baby but with hamarragic cyst byby growth not done and in 6 week miscarriage done .. doctor said she not understanding why it's happened so she said me to do some test like thyroid and electrolyt cbc

@@uk00user..hatsale There are almost 13+ reasons for miscarriages and unfortunately, doctors don't test most of them. I did post a video on this in past, but i removed it from my channel as i was non-hijabi then. I will be posting it in coming weeks and please do watch it that way you can learn all the reasons and ask your doctor about it.
I had 2 miscarriages as well. My periods were always normal but I had tiny cysts 2 times so I thought it was that. Multiple drs told me everything’s fine because I did conceive twice. But finally one dr recognised i May be insulin resistant / pre diabetic. I am now on metformin because of previous history of cysts and pre diabetes. Not trying now but Inshaallah in future when I do try I am praying for a safe pregnancy and a healthy baby.
