Richie, that rear top stud that’s hard to get to. I couldn’t impact it off. So I cut it. But I see that it is a different stud than all the others. In using the aftermarket bolts you would have had to remove it
My question is. Is it welded in there or how did you remove it? Then if it’s threaded, was there any problem putting the aftermarket bolt through the exhaust manifold?

If it’s flat headed on the other side heat it up glowing and punch it through, if it’s threaded drill it out start smaller slow drill big work it bigger get some new drill bits

That is where I’m at now after trying heat and impact stud extractor. I don’t think I have any choice but to drill it out

@@richierock1300 its so hard to find trustworthy mechanic specialy when you dont know noone while back i was misled to which one is bank one they told me it was the one by radiator so i changed that o2 sensor and nothing happend same code keeps poping up but now i know thanks to you i know exactly which one to replace. I replaced the back one long time ago but code still remained so figured it wasnt the cat itself so i returned it and put old one back i figured changing sensors is cheaper than cat so ill start there and leave cat as last resort

Yes that is very confusing thing especially when your used to the older gm engines
