Upside to renting out your condo when you're not there is the income it provides but the downside is you have renters in it who do not care about it. You then have to return to clean it and assess damage every time you want to return. For me I find it kind of gross to have renters in my snowbird house that I still plan to live in part of the year.
We have a beach house on 30A that rents like a bandit. We live in Tucson and rent our house out during High season and are building a house in Lattitude Margaritaville in PCB where we will live six months and rent it out six months. All our living expenses are paid for!
Yes, the sunshine is nice! And you are definitely right I need a new chair and I just bought one yesterday, so hopefully in about three or four more videos and the background will get a bit different and I'll be good and comfy in my new chair 😆

Thanks for the video I am kind of set on the Port St. Lucie treasure coast area, but the Emerald coast is really interesting to me also.
