The black dial is more dressier now since it has polished white gold hands and accents VS polar which is completely Matt. Black dial also is same as new sub so it's jet black glossy dial .

Just got the polar for myself. Loving the matte white dial it's so refreshing having a few black dial watches. Feels free spirited wearing it. I would however say it's not a dress watch it's almost almost too big for my wrist. It's amazing we have similar watches. I have my speedy which I wear it when I have a full day of office meetings. The Santos where I want something more dressy. The pelagos 39 just for a weekend at the beach etc etc. Interestingly, while writing this haven't really found the right mood for my rolexes. I wear them here and there. But man I love the polar.

You have a killer watch collection !!! Polar is so different and suuuch a fun and tool watch at the same time. Definitely not dressy but an amazing one and done sports watch with an awesome complication that I always use !

I want an Ex 2 - not sure on white or black dial.
I have Explorer 1 which is black, so I feel i should have the White if i can.
