Very nice "camping wagon". I really like how you painted the interior. Using a hope chest for storage was a great idea. I'm really impressed with your whole camp. Great for the re-enactment gatherings!!❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊

I don't know you, but I'm sure you originally wanting to build a "vardo" wasn't with malice or nastiness, but with the heart of loving and celebrating the culture and traditions, with the utmost Respect.

Bravo... very nice looking "war wagon" though I suspect that the Hussite carts were more utilitarian rather than purpose built; at least in the first few years that they were kicking the asses of the Holy Roman Empire]. Ján Žiška would be proud of you [or at least acknowledge your efforts with a wink of his one good eye] ...
Yeah, they where never built to live in....Part of me wanted to make a really simple one, plank walls, canvas roof and just bunk on the floor boards but when it came down to it, it was just too big of an investment to not make something weather tight.
Fun camper. But misappropriation? That is not even what misappropriation is. You aren't building it for profit. The Vardo design isn't uniquely Gypsy either. Should Airstream stop building campers? Should wooden house boats not be allowed. If a black man drives a ford do I have to give up mine? Just saying. The whole pc thing goes way to far. 🙂
