- Welcome to my new Lets Play of Banished, Mega Mod 9 addition!
Banished a city-building strategy game. It's the game that really started the boom in the colony building genre over the last few years. In it you control a group of exiled travelers who are forced to restart their lives in a new land. They have nothing, just the clothes on their backs and a few supplies. Your mission (if you choose to accept it), is to lead this rag tag group into brighter future....and to keep them alive. Easier said than done.

I am so curious how long it will take for you to discover Coal and Charcoal are very different entities. lol. Can't make your Glass with Coal, cuzz you have none, can't make Furnace Fuel with Coal cuzz same problem .. But FF will get made easily with Charcoal.
I figure it out at some point lol

the fodder issue with the stables persist to this day... I've seen on reddit and elsewhere that the mod author addressed it multiple times yet here we are... Not only can it severely hamper gatherers food production, but it is literally useless as it can't be used with the stables; it's not 'thatch-fodder'. So strange and annoying. My first playthrough with MM9, I starved on my second winter because I always used to rely on gathering hut for the early game, but they collect more fodder than food in MM9 on some maps LOL

Did you ever find out if you can eat Horses? I have 2 Deer in a pasture, will they eventually be eaten?
as long as their not trade houses then yes you can. eating horses in only taboo in North America lol
The farm plots are NOT OP anymore, they have been scaled back considerably. lol.
agreed! At least not a OP as some of the other option in mega mod lol
@@wonderwizard4935 they do create great food for their space. But for more food, the crops are the best again. Unless you can get that stupid fertilizer stable to work roflol. But alas, that is broken for now lol.
Is it worth playing Version 9 or stay with version 8?
If your computer can handle it I say go for 9!
