This is a very Great Kenyan Leader. And a beacon of hope the less fortunate members of the society. I know him personally for his interest and passion for the education of girl child a good example is the famous Kisima Girls High School in Maralal. Which he was instrumental in starting. Surely a Great leader. God Bless...

Worked with Hon. Kaparo for two years as NCIC Chairman, a man of great wisdom and authority. He would greet us with a touch on the head. You forgot to interview him on his stint at the Commission and his efforts towards national cohesion and peace building in this country.
It's amazing how our elders went through the tough days, later got into Senate's sits, and still kenya is the same struggling country... Msxchew!!!
