I find that a good way to get use out of my single shadows is to keep most of my shadows in larger palettes and then kind of "make my own palette" in a smaller, 9 pan palette, so I can do a fun color story, or use up some shadows that are in my project pan. The 9 pan one isn't necessarily like all blues or a gradient because even though I find those to be aesthetically pleasing, I have a harder time picking out eye looks and I like to see potentially odd shades physically next to each other because that's how I might put them on the eye. Also then you can travel with your mini palette that you made yourself!

I actually just did a single eyeshadow declutter too but I decided to do it by color family. So like neutrals, purples, pinks, greens, etc. Then I swatched them all. It took a bit, but helped me realize how many simular colors I have even if they look different in the pan. So found it funny that I just did one a few days ago and then you come out with one. Love the video! 💕

Do you experience any patchiness with Devinah mattes? I bought singles from them before and experienced this problem so am hesitant to purchase from them again. But they have such a wide range of colors!
Costal scents shadows are great. I have like 100 shades 😂 the website clearly states what type of opacity each shadow is. So you can avoid one's labeled as sheer if you don't want light buildings shadows etc.

I do like seeing single palette organization. It took me months to get mine organized after depotting in a way that was satisfying and inspiring.

I have mostly shimmers from Devinah so it's difficult to say... however, from my experience, I don't find them patchy!
How are the quality of AOA and costal scent singles?
CS is hit or miss and AOA is alright but requires building
AOA is trash but it’s a dollar🤷🏼♀️. They have really nice brushes, sponges, liquid lipsticks, and lashes though!
