Yeah, two Saki reactions in one day. They could do Amahiro, Destrose, the stuff she does with Ironbunny, Shred Racers and have an all Saki day. She may be the hardest working guitarist in the world.
@@mbolden1 Amahiru. Not tryin' to be one of those spelling nazis, it's just with all the love Nemophila is getting these days, her other bands should be gettin' some, too!! Although the videos Amahiru have released are sadly for the most commercial songs on the album, and don't show the true potential of the band. I sort of wish the guy they hired to sing most of the songs didn't sound like that ass from Nickelback though.
@@overtheedge4711 yeah, I misspelled that one. Guess it would make it easier to find if I spelled it right. But, seriously, you could spend a whole day or week just looking at her stuff. She has done so many crossovers and guest appearances, all the work she has done with the female guitarists in Japan and with young performers. I am always amazed that she finds time to do all this. I just hope she doesn’t burn out from overwork. Both she and Hazuki have double duty in the Show-Ya show coming up. Agree about the singer too.
For the second guitar track they use a "guest" guitarist on stage - Yashiro - who is a whole story all of her own. Often refereed to as Yashi, she's a guitar teacher and session musician who released her own album which is also well worth the price of admission. She's an integral part of this genre.
Saki is one of the best young guitarists you'll find anywhere, not just in Japan. She records both guitar parts on studio tracks. There is another amazing guitarist named Yashiro who plays live shows and does rhythm guitar. Saki puts on a deal every year called World Guitar Girls where she gathers up some amazing female guitarists from various groups in Japan and they all just shred for a while. You can find those on RUclips. I am really enjoying your reactions. You two should be a comedy team.
Their name comes from the bloody Mary drink. I am pretty sure Saki records all the guitar tracks but on stage they generally have a support guitarist Yashiro who has her own solo career and supports several bands on stage.
Background: Mary’s Blood were actually the first successful band to spin out of the legendary Destrose. (Later spinouts include Disqualia, Mardelas, Lovebites and Fate Gear.) Mary’s Blood had some early personnel changes but settled into a stable lineup consisting of Eye (vocals), Saki (guitar), Rio (bass) and Mari (drums). When they tour, they are joined by Yashiro on second lead guitar (that’s why you see five women on stage in live performances). Yashiro is an instructor at Tokyo College of Music and has declined offers to join a band full time. She teaches many of the young, up and coming female guitarists. Saki is one of the top shredders, male or female, in Japan, and as you saw Rio and Mari know their way around their instruments. They are amazing live.
Some Japanese bands. Take your pick: BAND-MAID [All their songs... really!], LOVEBITES [Raise some Hell, and all the other songs], MAXIMUM THE HORMONE [Yoshu Fukushu], CROSSFAITH [Catastrophe], SiM [Killing Me], NINGEN ISU [Heartless Scat], UNLUCKY MORPHEUS [Black Pentagram], YOUSEI TEIKOKU [Astral Dogma], COLDRAIN [Die Tomorrow], CRYSTAL LAKE [The Circle], GIVEN BY THE FLAMES [Ronove], ANGRY FROG REBIRTH [2Step Syndrome], SILENTLY SHOOTING TRAITORS [Manipulate], ALDIOUS [Dominator], BRIDEAR [Light in the Dark], CINQ ELEMENT [Destiny], MARY'S BLOOD [Marionette], GRAUPEL [Bereavement], DOLL$BOXX [Take my Chance], SOKONINAR [Tenohira De Odoru], HELLO SLEEPWALKERS [Flying Saucer], TELECiDE [Tied up Memories], NEKO [Ghost on a Record], ROTTENGRAFFTY [Hallelujah], LYNCH [Devil], DIR EN GREY [Ningen wo Kaburu], X JAPAN [Kurenai], DAZZLE VISION [Second], JUPITER [My Enemy], GALNERYUS [Angel of Salvation], BLOOD STAIN CHILD [Del-Sol], NEMOPHILA [Dissension], DADAROMA [Lucid Dream], and many many more...
yes finally ! =:D my ytube popped channel who reacted to this band/vid!!! =:D thanks for that guys ps: beening toss this suggest punch of channels but this was first one were is reacted to so far (what i have seeing)
You're going deep into the all girl japanese band rabbit hole. Love it! No matter what you do. No matter how good you are at it. There's a Japanese school girl that can do it better. I've listened to dozens of these bands in the last couple of years and wether you like what their doing or not the musicianship is always top notch. Lot of good music in that scene. Band Maid of course is the best rock and roll band in the world. Got huge love for Scandal also. Wonder if the Runaways coming to Japan started it all? Digging your channel. Rock On!🤘🤘
Saki is a great guitarist. She is the lead guitarist for Mary's Blood and Nemophilia as well as a solo career now as well. Japan is the real deal for rock music currently. Japanese rockers have not gotten the word from the US music industry that guitar solos are a thing of the past lol.
That is Saki on guitar, the one with the white amp in Nemophila and she is amazing. Mary’s Blood is my favorite J-Metal Band now being challenged by Nemophila. You really need to check them out live would suggest Veronica or I’m Dead as lives. Note my favorite J-Metal album though is Bridear-Baryte. The song Light in the Dark is a banger.
Song: Death Queen's March live at the Blitz. Beautiful women, righteous hard rock and the lead singer has a broad sword...and even more surprises. I'd link but I'm old and I don't know how to.
Two Saki reactions in one day, Nemophila and Mary’s Blood. If you want something really different. Try Saki together with a true prodigy, Li-Sa-X, and Ironbunny, a time traveling cyborg that has come 300 years from the future to save mankind with metal music. Seriously, that is his story. Three very talented guitarists one one stage. She also did a Mary’s Blood cover with Ironbunny that is very good. ruclips.net/video/GfMf9FszjAU/видео.html
The guitarist in this is called Saki. She’s also one of the guitarists for Nemophila🤘
Nice review. The guitarist, by the way, is Saki. She’s one of the two guitarists in Nemophila.
Mary’s blood just hit their 10 anniversary within the last couple years, and Saki just did her 10 year special video Brightness.

The live version of this song is much much better!
Saki ❤
"What does this remind me of?"
"Painkiller" by Judas Priest, maybe?

It's not my fault I can't fit everything in one message
SAKI!!!
Thank u
She did not do such crazy solo in nemophila, maybe because nemophila has another excellent guitarist hazuki, so they play just for fun😜
Hazuki impresses the hell out of me - she's awesome too.
@@allanmoger1838 yes , Absolutely
Oh wait, no it kindof is hahahahaa
That is saki, Nemophila's guitarist who's having a cool amp (you said) :v
