  • Juicy and moist karaage
    This is a Japanese-style fried chicken dish made with deep-fried chicken legs.
    It's deliciously seasoned, so you don't even need a sauce.
    Crispy on the outside and very soft on the inside
    You don't need many ingredients and it's easy to make, so try making it at home.
    Ingredients (for 4 servings)
    800g chicken leg meat
    6 tablespoons of potato starch
    1 egg
    seasoning and seasoning
    5 tablespoons soy sauce
