This is a Japanese-style fried chicken dish made with deep-fried chicken legs.
It's deliciously seasoned, so you don't even need a sauce.
Crispy on the outside and very soft on the inside
You don't need many ingredients and it's easy to make, so try making it at home.
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
800g chicken leg meat
6 tablespoons of potato starch
1 egg
seasoning and seasoning
5 tablespoons soy sauce
Cooking wine (rice wine) 6 spoons
a pinch of salt
some pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/3 teaspoon ginger powder
1. Remove the fat and tendons from the chicken thigh meat and cut into bite-sized pieces.

5. Fry in 170 degree oil, starting with the large size.

7. Raise the oil temperature to 180 degrees and fry the second time until golden brown
8. Take out the fried karaage for more than 5 minutes until golden brown and drain the oil.
