After reaching an agreement, how do you make it a court order?

Once both parties have signed a Parenting Plan reflecting their agreement, the judge still needs to sign the Parenting Plan to make it a Court Order.

We can't provide specific legal advice in the comments, but we are happy to provide general information. The parties to a Parenting Plan can always agree to follow a different schedule. So long as everyone agrees, that is fine. But neither party would be able to enforce that new schedule in court. To get a new Parenting Plan that can be enforced in court, a party needs to file a modification case in the court.
