Paragon was always our favourite Mall food court when we lived in Bkk although that was 5 years ago..also the various restaurants and eateries next to the food court..yes always busy but we could wait a few min and get a table somewhere..As you say more expensive but the food was always good..Was our "Go to Place to Eat".
My gosh, the sound of that crispy pork at the 7:13 mark!! Music to my ears. I love your video! This food court looks amazing. Going to watch more from your channel
They revamped the shops during COVID and a lot of new improved selections of old favorites around town that still survived. This place is my go to for food shopping, middle of the day weekdays are perfect and empty. Best selections for supermarkets even Central Chidlom. If you want organic eggs, veggies, grass fed beef, wild caught salmon, you can get many choices here, some are reasonable, most are expensive
Gary, been following your channel for a little while and impressed with your Thai food knowledge. This one you’ve got me salivating, brother. I’ve already made a plan to make it to this Kao moo dang place and try out the crispy pork grinds and moo dang. Man, wish I was there now. 😄
Hi Gary, Great video as always mate. I love the Moo Ping in Paragon. The Moo Krob looks ridiculously good and so does that bowl of Bamee. I will try them on my next visit. Really enjoyed this video and the Terminal 21 one. Keep up the great work. Cheers! Ozzy
Gary , they look clean and yummy and the green chilies in the jar , I tried it here( LA) not bad at all. Thank you for showing us different food court. It’s really nice change. I prefer roast duck to crispy pork, they extremely expensive here.
Gary, I have escaped the midday heat at Siam Paragon on many occasions. It’s a great people watching environment. Try the macarons at the Mandarin Oriental Shop, arroy! 😋
another good one bud, love the Sai Oua, could eat that crap all day long, 555. Just saw you and Max. A little disappointed with Max's chillies game, 555
Great looking spread, the sound of that crispy pork when he was prepping your dish! Can you check out Central World's food court on the top floor? Thanks
Curious you mentioned quality pepper. I was just in Kampot Cambodia and the peppers of all ripeness are amazing. way better than what i can get in the west at the stores.......mmm mouth watering..
Love watching the videos these days duchess, safe in the knowledge that every time you utter the immortal sentence "if I had to be hyper critical", that 30k of us all scream in unison with you "it's too sweet for my taste"
I checked that more than a couple of years ago you did some videos on street food recommendations in Thonburi. I wonder whether you could post some updated advice on current choices there: spots on both sides of Klong Bangkok Yai especially, if I may ask, in and around the original Khlong Bang Luang. Even if there isn’t much to say over there it would be interesting to know. Thanks.
Just watched this, catching up with some vids, excellent again mate and brilliant knocking the food all over the place 😂, real life situations 👍. Informative as usual 👍
When I had too sweet red pork sauce I would add fish sauce and pepper vinegar on it. Sometimes that’s red sauce was dried out when the restaurant was not busy. I guess! 😜
Hey gary, i eat only halal food and i really would like you to try this sunday market at HUA MAK STADIUM BANGKOK. It's specialty is halal/muslim food (thai only, not indian or else), it's off the beaten tracks. I'm planning to go there this summer and it could be interesting to see if it's really good and on par with what you find in old town where most of the dishes there are not halal. Thank you. i saw on a video that there is a Kao Ka Moo but with beef leg.
Hey Chakib. I love Hua Mak for halal but haven't been to the stadium. I will investigate for you! This is a halal video: ruclips.net/video/F7vZ68FDHg4/видео.html
Oooohhhhh mannnn......this is my kinda comfort food. Can have these for breakfast, lunch & dinner every frickin day. Drools...I have been to this food court, and it was so confusing what to have. I remember having some fish roe with rice & the khao man gai.
Food courts offer far more comfort because there are air conditioned. Prices are higher because of rent and taste and quality wise they may not match up to the ones found along the street and coffee shops.
For sure. Prices here are high but the quality and taste are right up there. You just need to pick the right things that don't need crazy high heat wok cooking
I like to eat in those malls, it is hygienic, tasty and good food, and cheap also for safe food, that is my opinion, rather pay a little more but stay healthy.,my favorite soucis is sai krok isan.
what happens if you have leftover funds in that card? are you able to get a refund from the customer service? I presume you can only use that card in that food court? thanks.
Yep, I can't blame you, Gary, getting good food in a nice A/C area. We are on fire here in the southern USA, it's going to be in the triple digits in Fahrenheit starting Tuesday on out🥵🥵🥵. Be safe everyone!
Why all food you were order have a small portion ? Is it pricey ? I have been there before last year the portion was medium to large with the same price.
Based on the ones I've been to my ranking is MBK, Siam Paragon, and Terminal 21 a distant third. However, for desserts I like Siam Paragon. After my meal I go up to the second floor to pick up a vehicle. Last time is was a Bentley, I think I'll go roll with the Rolls the next time. ;-)
I stay here for one month, hotel Novotel nearby, all great because my company pay for all expenses without limit of food . Amazing !!. hope I have chance to coming back
So is this one that you have to put money onto a card to use to pay at all the stalls instead of paying directly in cash or can you do both? When you said aquarium, Is this where the Ocean world/sea life centre is? Because it is on the list of places wanting to visit What about doing a vid on the Job Fairs market, it looks interesting though some dishes are for those that want something fancy/unique (but will come with the price for unique)
Yeah money on the card in all of these malls. That is Sea Life yes. I might do a Jod FAirs Market video soon although a LOT of people have recently so I may wait!
I like the food, but the atmosphere is not my fave. And not a fan of the prices. This is more for the tourist farangs. But, who am I to judge. To each their own. On a side note, the take out I added my score of chili pastes was originally supposed to be massaman beef curry.
I used to eat at the Paragon’s food court. During two different meals I found cockroaches crawling on the table. I was sitting in front of the fish tanks. I never went back to eat there again. I like terminal 21 food court the best. I wasn’t a big fan of MBK’s. I think some of the workers are very rude at MBK.
I am very impressed with your ability to pronounce all the Thai dishes names so perfectly. It showed you put a lot of effort to do it correctly.
Thank you so much. I have a lot to learn!
Agree!

I think it's definitely one of the best. I was shocked that this moo krob place had a stall here
Being a vegetarian doesn't stop me watching your channel! You make it look so interesting, plus your Thai speaking, make me smile always 😊 🙏
Thanks Oy! I will do a veggie video for you soon :)
OMG that was my kind of food Gary. The crispy pork and sausage looked amazing.
Ps good to see the ban lifted 🤣
I've properly fallen off the wagon mate 🐷
My gosh, the sound of that crispy pork at the 7:13 mark!! Music to my ears. I love your video! This food court looks amazing. Going to watch more from your channel

Yes forget the weekends haha. It's very expensive in the supermarket as you say but has a great selection
Gary, been following your channel for a little while and impressed with your Thai food knowledge. This one you’ve got me salivating, brother. I’ve already made a plan to make it to this Kao moo dang place and try out the crispy pork grinds and moo dang. Man, wish I was there now. 😄
Thank you Ace, that means a lot. I think you would love it!
I would absolutely smash those dishes. That Northern Thai sausage looked packed full of flavour. Great production quality too, Gary.
Cheers buddy. Absolutely unreal for a shopping mall!
Thanks. Very informative video. Don't forget: Soi St. Louis street food tour !!
Thanks Rex, I'm on it!
Yey you gave in to the delicious looking crispy pork 😊 👏 👏 All the food looks amazing. Always willing to pay a bit extra for good food 👍
Yeah I couldn't fight it any longer Carol 🤣
Another gem by the looks at Siam Paragon. Ive never been to that mall so thanks for the preview! That sausage is worth the trip alone by the looks!!
It's a good spot!

Thank you so much for this video! I like it.

Yeah it's a little more expensive for sure
A lot of food 🍱 great video!
Thanks so much :)
Thanks for the great review. Please continue to list the prices of things so we can see how much things cost.
Will do, thanks!

Hey Gaz. Love the videos. In Bangkok for a few days so after watching this might pop over there for lunch tomorrow.
I hope you enjoy it mate
I love Paragon food court, its clean, organize, good location. All the shops have been selected from the best of Bangkok.
It really is one of the best
When I had too sweet red pork sauce I would add fish sauce and pepper vinegar on it. Sometimes that’s red sauce was dried out when the restaurant was not busy. I guess! 😜
That's a great trick!
Hey, I love Thai food court, the variety foods with reasonable price. Your Thai accent is easy for Thai people understand. Enjoy with your VDO.
Thanks so much Tony!
I've tried Apple Pay at Siam Paragon Food Hall. It's so convenience.
Such a great thing to have
I don’t know if you review the leg pork stew ( Khao Ka moo) at icon Siam food court! I heard it s very popular! 😊 thx
It's pretty popular since I did a video 😂
I really appreciate your channel analyzing Thai food. The well-being of Thai people is very good.👍👍

I much prefer the streets as you know Willie but 99% Thai's in the food court, no farang. Maybe that will change when tourism is back in full swing
Quality and serving size, Paragon beats them all.
I think so! I do prefer the overall feel of Icon Siam but the food in Paragon is great
