    [ Add 1/4 of the dunk into 3-4 L or 1 gallon of water for overnight then water plants from the top]

    In this video, I will show you how I care for my Frosted/Frosty Fern also called Christmas Fern, Variegated Fern, Selaginella and Spike moss. I will share with you how often I water it, where do I keep it in the house and how I am going to transplant it from a nursery pot into a bigger pot.
    Don't be afraid to kill it. If I can keep it alive ,so can you!

    I'm surprised you didn't break up the base roots when transplanting. It allows it to expand. I clicked on your video because I searched how to take care of frosted fern. My green thumb is pretty good but this fern didn't like something. It started drooping pretty quickly. And it's so cute LOL. I think I'm going to move it to my bathroom where there's more humidity. Thank you for sharing.🌿

      Your welcome. When lift it up from its original pot some of the bottom soil broke up at the bottom and it wasn’t rootbound. So I decided not to tease the roots. Normally its good idea to do it. It was my first time dealing with this Fern. It’s very picky like most ferns like maiden hair fern etc. it needs a lot of humidity. It will do better close yo humidifier I think.

      Yes it loves moist soil and only indirect light.

    I water mine 2-3 times a day, it does well under lights. A very cool plant.

      Yes it’s easy to overwater the plant. Plants are easy to kill with overwatering than under watering.

      I haven’t propagated this Fern personally. But I have seen videos. You just split a portion of it and plant it in soil. And keep the soil moist all the time.
