If you click on the 🎚️(Settings) icon of Gradient Map you can load a set called Photographic Toning, which has really nice color tones.

Cool video, however there's no difference between fill and opacity as you used it. Create a black to white gradient layer, apply a gradient map on top, stamp visible with 40% opacity then reset opacity and try 40% fill. Both results will be identical. Fill vs opacity is different with layer styles and certain blending modes. With styles, opacity affects both the style, e.g. shadow and content, whereas fill will adjust only what fills the layer and not any styles.
