Usually you start by seeing a "yard sale sign" in front of a neighborhood that is having a sale (usually on the weekends) and if you go into the house they usually have an email sign up sheet so you can get notified when they have a sale next! Also those people would know other estate sale companies in the area! I hope this helps! ✨
