Aapane aeh to nahi bataya ki ese kese thik kiya 55V aa rahe the toh apane kya kiya ki 55V se aeh voltage 3V ne conver ho gya ( esame aapne kya repairing Kiya??)

Coupd you please tell me what could the problem of my Growatt 3 KVA solar inverter ,the fault message is PB ISOLATION LOW ,I strip the inverter and checked MOSFET it is okay.PV voltage drop to zero when inverter turns on.
positive to eath voltage is 9 VDC and Negative to earth is 30 VDC ,The inverter warranty over.

Hi Bro , thanks for your videos , today i had to check one site for 3 phase solar grid invert, when i went there it seemed like a normal 3 phase system , but after investigating i saw that they have conencted 2 single phase kstar inverters in r and y , and no inverter for B lilne. The system is, however, working with no fault in the inverters but client complained that past few days the power generation is low. . Solar panels are 335 21 panesl in nos, 10 connected to one inverter and 11 to next inverter. during the day one inverter is giving 350v dc and the other is 380v dc , but when connecting meter the voltage is not staying constant for even 5 seconds it keeps on fluctuating up and down approx 40v and not stable (so i am wondering can this be an issue of the solar dc panel and i will ahve to go tomorrow and open each panel to check voltage and current ?) at the 2 single phase inverter s i found that the ground wire of the inverter is not connected to any ground both of the inverters are same only connected wire to inverter but left as open-wire in box - is this a problem? this is how they had installed 2 years ago and problem happens only a few days back so im wondering if the inverter ground not connected is causing an issue 9no inverter ground connected to AC DB , and AC db also i didnt see any ground ) but the system is working one string generating 8 units a day and other is generating 10 units a day , still less as compared to 3*4units = 12 units a day per inverter .. (total panels across is 21 335 panels which is more than 6 kw . Maybe from your experience can you tell me what all I can check more and what i should do about the B phase which they have connected to solar meter and not connected any B phase in AC DB - I wish I had your contact number so I can ask these questions , only your an expert that can help me with such things (my mobile is 91-7304865350) if you can please add me in whats app so we can be in touch sometime , it is hard to find a friend in solar

The neutral to Earth Voltage will come down to safe limit by 2 methods.
Check tightness of all neutral connection point , may b any point is loose.
Earthing is not proper on site , earth resistance is above 10ohms
@@SustainableEveryDay well. The problem I face is seems to be cause of the pmt as 2 pmt's are installed in my client premises only one of them is belongs to my client.
Even though he owns the pmt he uses single phase connection from pmt.
The 2nd pmt neutral is connected parallel or both pmt's neutral are common even from the street pole where both poles are installed are sharing only 1 ground for pmt grounding and for their neutral support.
Is it also be the cause of having voltages in neuttal?

Mera 2.60 watt ka solar ka on grid invetor aavaj Kar raha hai jub solar se power banta hai
What should be min distance between DCDB and LA earthing , installer did it on 3ft for 6kw system. Last week lightning strike cause fault in PCU . I suspect this could a issue I . Any suggestion ?

Sir 50 kw inverter was off and when i open string on rooftop which is (20 penal, 330watt each penal) a strong spark generated ....i don't under what is problem........on othersides other string don't have park when connected to inverter .... sir what kind of fault plz help me

B phase which they have connected to solar generation meter and not connected any B phase in AC DB as they dont have 3rd inverter in B line , I feel i should disconnect the B phase from the solar generation meter as the B phase is getting power from the bus bar spd coming from solar net meter ...

Earthing resistance is not proper, check Earth pit connection health

The cable had an insulation Faliour on the roof & was comming in contact with metal roof , it was identified and insulated , then got rectified
