On Day 2 of this 7 Day Waterworld 2.0 Survival Challenge Chris and I adjust to life at sea and the challenges that arise. Luckily we forage for wild Chanterelle Mushrooms for our dinner, so we're still able to survive, even with all the stormy weather, rogue kayaks, and busted toes being just a few.

For towing the kayaks, you can get a cheap foam noodle, slice it down the middle to open it up and slip it around the line, that'll keep it from hitting the boat. Cut the noodle in half and you got 2 for each kayak. Great content, keep it up!

This is an endurance run and takes 24/7 in a small space. Boredom has to set in.

A canvas cover on laminated bent u boards that you can roll to one side when skies are clear. Like old horse pulled buggies. Then during a storm you can sit in middle and play chess or cards
This is a wonderful video a little slow going and not too much action but very fun video to watch I can't wait to see the next one.

Have the kayaks on sliding outriggers on either side for having them close in when under way and moved out for stability when anchored and easy detached for fishing. Would love to see what you came up with

ZACH! Surprised you dont use them already, but definitely look into DCF hammock rain flys. I thru hiked the entire AT with my DCF tarp. Lighter, and no condensation problem. Fellow outdoorsman, believer, creator, and gear nerd, and silly goose. Excellent stuff as always! DCF is the best for tarps/tents!

I am a massive fan of your water world series Zach, there is something wrong with the morale of this series between Chris and you. Did you both push each other too hard with the boat build, maybe lack of sleep, injury and too tight of a deadline with the launch. The reason I am concerned is that you and Chris are my favourite team to watch on your channel, you both get each other and you both are epic survival dudes. I am very happy you continued the water world series, and I am enjoying this series a lot.

We used to fish down there by the lock and only ever caught white perch and horned pout (brown bullhead) but it was fun!

12:31 you should use a few pieces of 12-24in pvc and pass you line through to keep the kayaks floating at a distance from the boat. My stepdad use to do this when pulling kayaks behind the boat to prevent them from hitting the boat when stopping.
