I love you Fowler, watched every single one of your videos on YT. Very disappointed with this though, you really could have dispatched them before putting on the coals.. they don't squirm around for nothing. There's pain felt there. Disappointed.
Nobody dispatches them before cooking them that's just a TV thing that Martha Stewart and Gordon Ramsay do to get more views can you imagine dispatching 50 lobsters when you're doing a lobster bake on a beach. And even if I did just the two I had what am I supposed to do with the crabs just smash the ever-loving Daylights out of them put them out of their misery first you can't just poked him in the head like you could a lobster.
😐 Seriously? I believe that Zach is one of the most ETHICAL & EMPATHETIC outdoorsman out there.

Keep treating her right! She truly seems like an amazing partner.)” I have watched your channel for about a year now, and I have learned so much. I am itching to het out in the woods/on the water and have some adventures of my own.
I hope you get your wish Laura. I was never lucky enough to find a woman companion to join me in my outdoor adventures. I always thought it would have made them even more enjoyable. Zach and Sarah are lucky to have found one another. May you be so lucky as well.
Loved how Sarah shared stories of her Grandma & how they used what the land provided during the depression. A lot of our ancestors did the same thing. How special she has those memories. I lost my Grandparents at an early age.
Here in the UK, it was WW2 rationing - you can look up online how small the rations were, so people used every inch of their gardens and any other land to grow food and harvest wild food. There were even government campaigns under the "Dig for Victory" banner. That is why it was the battle of the Atlantic rather than the Battle of Britain that kept Winson Churchill awake at night - we were really on the brink of being starved out. My father never saw an orange until his teenage years after WW2 and didn't know how to peel them or bananas. But he's already been breeding rabbits for the pot for several years, in addition to the pig and chickens they kept. You could elect to take your egg ration as chicken feed instead - the coupons were good either way.

This is such a beautiful picnic. Finding someone who is your best friend first and a lover second, in my opinion is what makes a great relationship that will last. My heart and soul pull me towards the ocean, one day when my husband retires we could possibly move to the ocean, or better yet a vacation house. Thanks for letting us into your date night, it s just amazing seeing such a beautiful relationship flourish.

I saw Sarah come running over to help you with the lobster cage. Your struggle caused her to panic, then she wanted to help you lift it into the boat. The little things are the best aren't they? You are both awesome human beings. I've learned a lot from her already and even more in this video, as I'm sure you have! Great addition to the channel and your life, congrats to both of you! The naysayers in the comments need to chill. I've learned so much from Sarah in such a short amount of time in these videos, it's astounding. Stop worrying about the bushcrafting videos for a second and listen, she has so much to offer. They're both learning so much about the land from each other. Something I've been grateful for in my own ventures.
In the next couple of years I'll have a ranch in central Texas up and running. Would love to have you for some bushcrafting, hunting, and fishing. Bring your friends and fam, plenty of room and we've got the food and entertainment covered.

That was a fun video Sarah and Zak, very educational with the foraging of the edible flowers and greens. Mercury tech here. Those things are amazing motors. Pretty sure everything 40 HP and under is a tohatsu motor. Also new motors are dynode at the crankshaft whereas your evinrude was dynode at the prop. Also given the age your Evinrude was pretty tired so you would be feeling a lot more power out of that new 25.
