- Today, I teach you how to eat fresh vegetables. The method is very simple. Lazy people can eat new food without cooking. The finished product is very delicious. Not only can it be used as a staple food but also as a breakfast.
Hello everyone, welcome everyone to Xiaoying cuisine. I usually like to cook and love food. I will share a dish every day here, everyone can learn to try and do it, I hope that everyone's life can be more and more beautiful. Friends who like food can subscribe to the squat.
1. Wash the cabbage and cut the filaments into a bowl for use; prepare a green and red pepper, cut the filaments after seed removal;
2. Prepare a small bowl, break into three eggs, stir into egg liquid; pour the egg liquid into the cabbage, then add the green pepper, chopped green onion, the right amount of salt, pepper, soy sauce, stir well;
3. Add a spoonful of flour to the bowl, a large spoon of cornmeal, stir evenly to form a vegetable paste;
4. Put the oil in the hot pot, pour the dish into the pot, spread it into a cake, add some black sesame; simmer for three minutes and then turn it over for another three minutes.
perfect.. subbed already.
Thank you so much for the translation

Everytime she puts the stuff in that bowl I think to myself " you need a bigger bowl" and somehow she still mixes it
Multiple sized bowls are for capitalist devils

"The cabbage is no longer fried and eaten"

kevin storey THIS
She must have Google translated her English and put it up as the title of the video. The actual meaning might have been lost in translation.
I think it's meant in the sense that cabbage tends not to be eaten much these days. Language is nuanced enough to allow us not to take everything literally. All multilingual language speakers are aware of this.
It essentially means "Quick fried cabbage"
I laughed way too hard at this.
I love how she easily gets across these delicious recipes even for some like me who speak a different language. Wonderful.
I know.. So creative 🙂

All ya need is sliced cabbages, sliced serrano and red hot pepper without seeds,3 eggs, onion grass, salt, pepper, light soy sauce, flour, corn meal, and black sesame seeds for decorating.
Any better suggestions are welcomed.💓

Onion grass? I know scallions are sometimes called green onions, but not that.🤔
Looks absolutely delicious, I just wish I knew what all of the ingredients were along with measurements.
Well, I just made that. Or at least I tried. I added some carrots in the vegetables. I didn't have seasoning so I improvised with what I had. I added some milk in the eggs and a little bit vinegar in the vegetables. I also don't have that oven so I cooked it in a pan. It came out pretty good. Thank you!
Never mind the haters.
Read between the lines and I figured it out. Then I simply scrolled down and presto, there was everything I needed in English.
I think I'll have to try this one for sure.

Lazy method? You mean easy method. Nothing ever lazy about cooking. Great recipe.
For the reviews that are talking about her Frying this... She didn't Fry it... Definition: Frying: means cooking by immersion in hot fat. Sauteing: means cooking by the direct heat of a pan. ... In there usually is some fat or oil pan, primarily to keep the item being from sticking, and to give flavor. This isn't immersed in grease from top to bottom. Maybe that's why they are the cooks and you are the viewer. Its sauteed. Just saying. 😉
That is the definition of deep-frying. The definition of fry: "cook (food) in hot fat or oil, typically in a shallow pan:" No one would deep-fry in a shallow pan; that would be courting disaster. The definition of sauté: "fried quickly in a little hot fat:" While it is possible to deep-fry anything, very few people would ever deep-fry cabbage. I believe that this is just a case of mistranslation.
@@bevintx5440 Call it as you wish Bev. But like most commenters (you included). You are quick to write comments while slow to make, put in efforts, and post your own videos for the world to critic. It's not simple. These are all ideas that we are suppose to eat the meat and throw away the bones with. I learned to put egg with the Cabbage along with other veggies and grill them on the flattop. I never would have even thought that without this video. Just saying.. BUT I TRIED IT... Have you? I'm not attacking you either, I'm just a straight forward person. Thanks for correction if you are correct I won't know because it's not worth me researching but I will take in account the time you took to point out your observation. All & all is there anything in this video that you would try or find interesting?
Wow it’s like okonomiyaki but less ingredients looks delicious
Agreed
I think if you called it Okonomiyaki it wouldn't be wrong. Put some mayonnaise and stuff on it, and nobody will know! It's good! I think the idea of Okonomiyaki is very broad, I make this, and add small bits of stuff from the refrigerator... I think it's one of those "bachelor" things that can use up miscellaneous ingredients.
The idea of okonomiyaki isnt uniquely Japanese.

Exactly! Who needs a translation? It looked pretty clear to me, healthy and delicious too! 👍
I tried this, but made some substitutions with ingredients I always keep on hand. I used precut cabbage slaw, some sweet onion, sweet red pepper, and frozen diced green chiles. Everything else was the same. This cut down on prep time. I just used a non-stick skillet and a generous amount of oil. Turning it was no problem as it held together well. I also made a dipping sauce out of equal parts mayonnaise and plain fat free yogurt, soy sauce, and diced green chiles. It was incredibly delicious. Crispy on the outside. Crunchy on the inside. The combination of the warm "pancake" and the cool dipping sauce, all the textures, and the spicy heat was divine!
I'm studying Chinese as a beginner. Here is my attempt at transcribing and translating the video:
大家好,我是小颖, 今天我们用包菜来做好吃的
Hello everyone, I’m Xiao Ying, today we’ll use cabbage to make a great tasting dish.
First, cut the cabbage in half
Then cut out the hard middle part
And then, cut into thin strips
Put it in a bowl for later
Prepare green and red peppers by first cutting into short pieces, then removing the seeds
And then slice into thin strips and set aside for later
Crack three eggs into a small bowl and scramble
Dump the egg onto the cabbage
Then, add in the red and green peppers and some chopped green onion
Season with salt (to taste), black pepper and light soy sauce
Stir everything together
After stirring everying together, add a big spoonfull of flour, and a big spoonfull of corn flour
Continue mixing until it begins to look like this, it should form a dense paste
Heat oil on your pan
(no subtitle)
After adding the oil, spread it around
Place the vegetable mixture into the pan
Use a spoon to spread it into a pancake shape
Then sprinkle some black sesame seeds to make it even more appetizing
And then cover with low heat and cook for about three minutes
Ahh, how nice!
(no subtitle, I can’t understand)
Next, flip it over, then cook another three minutes
With both sides golden brown, you can take it off the pan!
Our delicious food is complete
