I'm a disabled vet, and have handicap plates, a few days ago i was driving on the freeway, coming up on my exit, when a guy cuts me off close. I honked once, and continued on to the stop sign behind the rude dude. Apparently he didn't like me honking at him as he jumped out of his car, and came running back to yell at me, but that wasn't enough for him, as he reached into my truck to grab my shirt. So I grabbed his arm, and pulled hard, slamming him face first into my window jam, twice for good measure. Before I could do it again the cop who pulled up behind me interfered, dude got a ticket for reckless driving, and attempted assault. When all was said, and done the cop congratulated me on giving the dude lesson in manners.
And then everybody applauded and you were made president!

Something like a mini cooper is about 900kg, a rolls royce is about 3,000kg, a Cadillac Escalade about 4,000-5,000kg.
So, depends on what vehicle you drive - as all vehicles weigh differently, although some can be pretty much similar weight.
Most truck drivers are 33,000 empty in dry van. And full is 80,000. I hardly get 7k loads.

This video is proof that the two most dangerous road practices are:
1) Not signaling
2) Slow moving traffic in the hammer lane.

I drive that rd every day on the way home from work, and traffic ALWAYS slows down there because 3 major highways come together and it's near an airport so there's a ton of traffic

The vast majority of states have laws that prohibit the use of the left lane as a cruising lane.

Leave the far left (or right lane in UK, Aus, Nz etc) empty unless overtaking, then pull back in, if someone wants to speed by, then its their problem not yours.

I honestly don't know what anyone expects to accomplish when they brake in front of someone like that. Surely they learned in driving school that if cars are too close and one slows a crash is inevitable, especially when the vehicle behind is a massive truck. At that point if I was their insurance I would drop them.

I don't understand passive people who allow someone who has just hit them on the highway get away, without at least getting the make/model of the vehicle, and the license plate number. Troopers cannot search for a suspect without this basic information.
Kind of amazing considering they got the dash cam for just that reason. I guess idiots can be on both sides of the lens. Ha Ha.

I lived 11 years in the passing lane but NEVER failed to move over when someone faster came along. Twice I watched those faster cars get off the freeway and pull into a hospital. You never know. It's not your job to speculate why, it's your job to get the hell out of the way. Drive the way you want the guy in front of you to drive and you should never have a problem.
12:40 how is it possible that the cammer was passed 3 times by the same vehicle? Either the vehicle slowed down each time they passed or the cammer was speeding past them each time they passed. With the editing it’s hard to say. My money is on the cammer editing out their part in the chaos.

If you look at the bottom of the footage, the cammer was going 80+ in some parts and 75+ in others.

Could be that the white suv was jumping between lanes in an attempt to go faster, I've passed people who have passed me on the right multiple times due to them just lane dancing and getting stuck in slower lanes. (just playing devil's advocate, with no footage, it's impossible to say obviously)

The guy gets pissed because you continue in the passing lane... Learn to drive! The left lane is the PASSING lane. When you are done passing, move to the right! No other driver should ever have to pass you on the right. If you are passed on the right then YOU are in the WRONG LANE.

If someone brake checks you and you're too close to avoid them then you're at fault. The amount of ppl who tailgate and get brake checked and think the other person is at fault blows my mind lol. There are no situations where you're not at fault if you hit someones rear end. ITS UP TO YOU to maintain a safe distance.

Don't know about that guy, but a team of specialized lamppost-trauma psychiatrists moved in and calmed it down before it could go on a rampage. (Lampposts can do that when injured). It will need councelling though. It was attacked out of the blue for no reason. People like this headbanger are responsible for all those lampposts that jump out in front of cars and pedestrians, killing or injuring them, usually at night after a few drinks. Those innocent people are often accused of being drunk or on meth, while in reality it is the lamppost that ambushed them and they are in shock. Every policeman can tell you that, they hear it everyday. The government hushes this up.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't.

I would find the cammer at 0:45 at fault. They actually had plenty of time to not hit the car in front.
You don't consider the fact that there's probably a car behind them and they can't stop immediately without them crashing into them too. And it's hard to predict just how much more brakes the person in front of the cammer will actually put on to get them to rear end you. You aren't looking at other aspects of the situation
Plus they have a dashcam and it's obvious these people are trying to commit an insurance scam by making you bump them. That automatically puts them at fault as far as I know

Here's a tip for all you people that end up in situations like this: just let it go. Also, stop driving in the left lane. If you're going 9000mph in a 20mph zone, still drive in the right lane. That's how it works.
But if you live in England, Australia, or Japan, stay in the left lane.

I drive a Jeep Wrangler. I have steel front and rear bumpers since I go off-road quite a bit. My next truck will also get steel bumpers but I have to wait until the darn companies make the trucks again.

Should only apply in the open highway and not in the city limits since left lane could be an on ramp for a different highway.

I think all cars should have dashcam built in that can upload videos to cloud or whatever. I also think that if you break check someone, they should be fair game.
They are providing you have a dashcam. Brake checking is illegal and if they do it are open to being charged with it and a few other traffic infractions such as road rage, dangerous driving, careless, assault with a weapon, attempted murder depending on the severity of the "accident".
All road ragers should get their license suspended forever. Get caught driving without a license? Jail for two years plus a $20,000 fine.
