Thank you dear Sangha for releasing this recording with video and nature sounds to accompany it without distracting from what Thay is saying. This talk by our beloved teacher is almost a summary of some of his entire body of teaching. Even if there is some part of his teaching left out, if I practice what he says, I will learn and practice everything else he teaches, all of the teaching of the Buddha.
I was feeling worried about stupid stuff. Now, I feel softer. Now, I feel happy. Thank you. 🍃🌸🍃

Thich lives on. What a beautiful gift to personally be present with our teacher. I am struggling with my country's recent election. Thay has given me a deeper insight to the great divide .. to the struggle we will experience for the next 4 years. Knowing Thich struggled with seeing his own country being taken .. I so desired to find how to practice being the loving compassionate person in troubling times. Very grateful to my online Plum Village community.
