Excellent selection of dining options here! I have lived in Sydney for 8 years and have to say Aotearoa's food quality is by far supreme, the variety and taste is just cleaner and fresher, our air quality is much cleaner too, hopping off the plane in Tamaki Makaurau the wall of clean, fresh air just hits you, Sydney air quality is heavy. I never realised how lucky we are here in Aotearoa until I lived overseas.
We are very lucky aren’t we?! And such a great breadth of cuisines are available to us now. We really can almost eat our way around the world. Thanks for watching this one, so glad you enjoyed it! Cheers, Sheena
Awesome content as always. Thanks for everything from an expat Kiwi in Melbourne (20 years). Your little one is way too cute!! Heading home for a break in a month, thanks for all the reviews, I now have a huge list to work through when we head back!
I was virtually climbing the walls when you were tasting the Banh Mi. Definitely number one for me. What a great selection guys. Some of these I will try to make. Thanks so much for sharing.....I cracked up when Sheena said "bloody delicious"...
😂 it was so good! That banh mi is off the charts delicious. In fact everything in this video is! Thanks for watching mate, so glad you enjoyed this one. Cheers, Sheena
Oh my goodness you two! You were inspiring me a) to visit you in New Zealand and eat all that food… I’ll have to see if Kel is able to join! ❤ And b) to find great versions of these near me!! Thanks for the inspiration!!! What of these would you each most recommend (I’m guessing Sheena will be the fried chicken, but please let me know!) 😂
😂😂😂 Omg Jaci- an impossible question to answer hence the Top 7! You couldn’t go wrong with any of these meals. You must come to NZ for an adventure! Thanks for watching mate. Hope you’re fabulous! Cheers, Sheena x
u killed me with the banh mi in the car. i've made the mistake of watching this on the bus. vs at home with food, cause that's the tradition... and the 2 people sitting besides me are salivating. hello from them.

@@ChasingaPlate Mrs Tang is back in AKL again this week and I've sent her links to Rhu and Ada (I've done it before) also I've never had Nepalese food that looked great too. Hope you all keeping well.
Thanks for watching! I wouldn't call any of it basic at all- so much work goes into creating great barbecue or cooking traditional Nepali food or crafting a delicious banh mi- I think it's a disservice to these chefs, restauranteurs and business owners to call their food basic. Cheers, Sheena
Thank you for choosing picking as our top 7 eats in Auckland. We really appreciate it 🙏.

Why have you never ventured to The Clevedon farmers market? I think the food stalls there would give all these a run for their money 😮😮❤❤
We’d love to get there. There’s only so many spots we can get to when there are funding constraints unfortunately. Thanks for watching! Cheers, Sheena
