Interesting way of spreading the bucktail round the tube, I normally try to wind it round by turning the thread. It works well when you are using a larger amount but when using a smaller amount it drives you bonkers because it doesn't spread perfectly evenly and so leaves some bare patches! Great video!
Thank m8 n ur right it's getting really hard to find and when u do it's very expensive I've been trying to do it with the fake stuff n putting uv on the back and placing a feather behind it but it's not the same👍

Ryan ties in a way that an amateur can follow readily. Spreading the wing evenly remains tricky I find!

AM flytying seems to be most reliable these days but its getting harder all the time and more expensive
