at 28 second mark of the video it says to add SALT. But the actual ingredients in the Full Recipe link in the comments says it is 1/2 tsp of SUGAR. So, is the video wrong, or the actual recipe wrong? Or does North Coast Seafood recommend that salt and sugar are interchangeable, heehee?
