FYI, Slann doesn’t benefit from Celestial Equilibrium as it says “Add 1 to casting rolls made for other friendly Seraphon Wizards while they are wholly within 12” of this unit”. It would only get the benefit if “other” wasn’t included.
Gotta say, y'all are on my rotation of AoS 4. As someone who's super new and tryna navigate some of the rules between spearhead / match play, y'all definitely help with kind of getting a hang of the flow of things.

I am looking at picking up and playing Age of Sigmar and I have landed on Seraphon! so it is awesome seeing them in play and having some Sigmar content to watch and learn!

1:30:00. Why is she talking about take flanks while setting krondspire? Manifestations aren't units except for some exceptions so can't be used to score take flanks
afaik it is eligible, as it has a movement characteristic so it can be used to score in this cae
@@TabletopTitanshaving movement makes them count for units for movement, combat range, being in combat and setting up other units. They dont count as units beyond that. (advanced rules 7.0),
They also don't count if needing to kill something for abilities(say blood tithe) or battle tactics(faq, advanced rules, 7.0)
Loving Mondigmar! ive played 3 games so far! 4e is SUPER fun
Would love to watch this since I play Seraphon and Skaven, but at 4.5hrs long I noped out just a few minutes in. I'd recommend editing these down to under 2hrs. Other Bat Reps I watch seem to be there and I think it's a much more digestible timeframe.
If they decide to release edits I hope they don't remove the full format versions. They make good watching alongside work.
My buddy keeps absolutely annihilating my Shooty Skaven with his Seraphon. I think the key may be just forgoing clanrats entirely, too smashable, and bringing as many stormfiends as you can, then blastin' away.
45:00. Something i noticed myself just rereading rules for tomorrow game. Clawhorde ability to give extra rend for charging is specifically your turn. Doesn't do anything for counter charges 😢
Well good thing noticed now and not play it incorrectly tomorrow!

just purchased the Seraphon spearhead to match up against my mates skaven and stormcast with the new box. and this appears on my recommended, really hype to see it

Thanks for the great game. Very close. Looking forward to playing myself but will be a month given my work schedule. All the hype is definitely helping with desire to make progress on my sigmar models. Just finished painting belthanos and probably finish basing him tonight. Of course it’s also helping with the purchase of new models. 3 months ago I had about 3.5k sylvaneth. I now have about 9.5k models over 2 armies 😳

Cool to see a different setup. Looking forward to more reports. Quick question, why did the Skaven player get 5 CP at the start of the first battle round? I thought the underdog is determined by VP not how many points were spent on list building. Meaning that there is no underdog in round 1. Keep up the good work!
If you have a 50 or more point difference the player with less points gets an extra CP on the first turn

Would the Slann Starmaster not benefit from its casting bonuses on unbinds? Unbinds are still written as a 'casting roll of 2D6' and don't mention they ignore bonuses to cast so I feel like 5 on the dice would have been a roll of 7 and successfully unbound (since he can unbind from anywhere on the board at a native +2?) Am I wrong team?
No, they only get the benefit to casting. It says casting and unbinds if the ability includes unbinds
Very minor thing but definitely would like to see the AoS UI changed to a different color. The grayish brown is just really drab and doesn’t feel like it fits the players or game very well. Maybe something like a dark blue sith some yellow/gold bordering to match the traditional AoS color scheme?
random question , how big are the new skaven clan rats vs the imperial guard models / cadians .. seeing as they are so cheap on eBay currently to pick up blocks of 20 rats for 14 pounds .. I am debating at making a customised rat imperial guard 1000 points force .. but wondered how big they fare up scale wise ..

Skaven looking a little weak unless your running a shooting army. I know the codex and new units are coming soon. I'm hoping it fixes a few things, but with the negative out of the way. They looking super fun no matter what

53:08 deceiver doesnt have Shoot Into Combat so He cant throw His Stars Into that unit
around 3 hour mark when you dit the kroxigor vs clan rats, you forgot +1 damage vs units of 10 or more models. and also anti infantry 1, so the rats would have a 7+ save, not 6+. lots more rats would have died.

Hey guys beautiful table beautiful miniatures you need to do something with the dice box lighting what's his Dice and whatever other Green Day you were using are readable on the table but when you roll them in the box the get washed out you can't read them

Not sure about pirated membership, but in the studio our favorite factions are Gloomspite Gitz, Sylvaneth, Seraphon, and Slaves to Darkness! Mostly because of the models in each case

Wish they didn't use word recommended for terrain layout. Gw isn't using. It's just suggestion and not even primary method but alternative.
