1. You can tokenize these services and use them as utility tokens. 2. You can create a SPC that owns the property and you tokenize the shares. Regarding land registry, it’s still not possible in Europe and US, but you already have some examples in Africa and Asia where these services tend to be private.

You're on the other side of the world and the property you've invested in has 31 other investors. Who takes charge, who evicts the squatters, who pays for those evicting the squatters. If you're using the debtor model you'll soon find you have to pay whoever gave you the tokens but you haven't been paid. This does sound like something dreamt up by mid-wit, technocrats.

It very depends on the particular jurisdiction. Some may ask you to have specific accreditation, while others don't.
