USC Football's LA Memorial Coliseum environment was quiet from their fanbase overall, but their band being piped in was very intimidating. That was my observation throughout the whole game, which Penn State Football and fans flipped the script on the second half against the Trojans in Los Angeles!
USC also, stacked the box all day and had a plan to stop the run!!! Also, we have had offensive line banged up and everyone knows chemistry is huge for an offensive line!!! Bye week comes at perfect time!!! WE ARE 👍
Wisconsin isn’t a trap game…. It’s against an improving opponent who’s at home, prime time. This game is just straight up going to be hard. If we come out with a win…. It’s a good win.

PSU needs work on quicker north-south running and also LB pursuit, IMHO. Coliseum is an adequate venue but concessions should have drinks-only lines (it was hot), and walking back to campus after the game is a tedious, crowded cattle chute.
Yes. Both Singleton and Allen do best on quick hitters. The slow-handoff plays almost always blow up. I’d run almost nothing but inside and outside zone.
As a fan of the LA Rams, I can tell you that the same thing happens to the Rams at SoFi. LA has residents from all over, and the visiting team always has a good crowd. When SF comes to town, they outnumber Rams fans.

Should be a good game, but let's address everyone's biggest fear: Penn State wins, but it doesn't look pretty enough. Then we have to explain why up to that point we haven't played anyone yet. And what about that time in the game when we weren't winning? OMG. How do we apologize for that?? Let's just hope it's a pretty, clean, cute win with no errors from anyone because... you know... a win by any other means is not what any of us want. Fingers crossed!

I did not realize they piped the band in... you always hear it on the TV coverage and I assumed it was live.
Everyone blaming Nick Singleton but I watched the replay and there was zero push. USC came up and laid the wood. That was my biggest surprise.
