There's some overlap in skills between ranger and scout rogues, so I might go Thief for advantage on stealth checks at lvl 9, with the mobility of 2nd story work to make up for the lost movement bonus of scout. Riddick is impossible to find in the dark. If I were minmaxing instead of building a movie accurate character, I'd change the race to variant human since gloomstalkers get darkvision anyway, dump unarmed fighting and STR for CHA and two weapon fighting, go gloomstalker 11/swashbuckler 9. This makes you a better 1v1 duelist since you add CHA and WIS to initiavtive, can sneak attack 1v1, and eliminate opportunity attacks. And Riddick wins his duels
I built a character based around Riddick a few months back and I'm pleased to see that it was very close to your build. He plays great to. Super Stealthy and lethal in darkness.
Thank you thank you thank you. I have been waiting for this one for a while. I created him as a ranger, a rogue, ranger/rogue and as a monk/rogue. Great job.

Considering that the Chinese had them as early as the 12th century (and possibly earlier), I don't see a problem with it.
