Every other coach would've given kuminga a tone of minutes so he wouldn't have ta call him out. Everyone knew how good he is even the fans. The only one who didn't realize was kerr. That says a lot about him as a coach. He was playing anthony lamb over jk last year
@@brandonk2528 Kerr deserves a TON of credit for how Kuminga has developed. He was not an efficient player (despite what the fanbase will say) in the beginning of the season. You are a very dumb person who doesn't understand basketball.

kerr fr played two 2way players huge minutes last year instead of kuminga or moody lol smh, you'd think by mid season and the team of sucking ass with the 2way players he would switch it up and let the young'un play but nah. even this year for some reason they still have the shortest leash on them. as well as jk is playing he shouldn't have any fear of losing his minutes but as he stated in interview the other day.. he actually still scared of losing his minutes for no reason.
@@dattind2173nahh, Kuminga wanted the ball in his hands which kerr didn’t trusted bcz he was 20yr old, now he is trusting him more bcz he is in his 3rd yr in the system.
He's just so good at being aggressive AND also now making the right decisions. There were times he seemed out of control and uncertain. And that's probably a combo of confidence, experience and just watching film and learning. He's putting it together now. He's also got a nice offensive package and post game. If he develops a consistent turnaround jumper or mid range they'll have to start double teaming him. Hes always gonna be physically more imposing than whoever you put on him
The fact that this kid is on his 3rd year at the age of 21 is insane him and the rookie Thompson twins are just at the same age at the age of 23 kuminga might be an all star
How Kerr deprived JK of growth and experience by wasting minutes on other young players that could have altered their chances last year for tittle if JK develop early and not hold back by Kerr.
Look at klay very insparational, no rebounds, no steal, cannot shoot, cannot do defense, cannot run, cannot jump. just stationary on the court. dont let lazy klay play again
He only need to develop his mid range, so defender will hesitate between drop back or meet him in mid range, and it will increase his driving effectiveness. Because defense in play off will much tighter
I honestly think GS was trying to not have to pay him too much on his extension😂 it’s sad but it’s business. What else explains them not playing him but telling other teams he’s off limits.
I don’t get why people were in such a big hurry to push this guy to play early on when he clearly wasn’t ready . He’s taken his lumps early on and looks like he’s developed into a star at the age of 21
I agree with this partly. He wasn't ready maybe a yr ago. But this year he is. However we wouldn't have known this if not for injuries, suspensions and abysmal play by Wiggins. Kerr sitting him so long hasn't been warranted this year at all. hopefully he's learned from it. It shouldn't have taken all those circumstances for Kerr to play him more consistently. Limiting his playing time the 1st and 2md yr is understandable. Now there's no excuse for Kerr not to play him.
looks like he keeps his right foot as a pivot and jumps off both. it’s the same as a normal jumpshot/jumping layup it just looks weird cause of his position relative to the rim
Seeing Kuminga finally getting consistent minutes and proving himself is one of the few positives this season for the Warriors
He’s the starter now, its his job to lose and I don’t see him giving it back
If it was up to Kerr he would haven’t got any minute. If he only let him play more in the playoffs last year they would have been in the finals
When's the last time a young player called out their coach and backed it up? Kuminga is special.
