This scene is a great example of what wolverine is. The impression he gave them is if He wanted to he could have taken both there heads off but instead he restrains himself and puts his claws away.

This movie changed our perceptions with it means to be special and have special powers. If it were one man, he'd be a God. If it were a race of people however, people would fear them because people couldn't trust everyone of them. They'd be afraid of what they can do and how they will use their powers. It also creates a level of superiority and inferiority. It's all fine and well that Superman fights bad guys, but what about all those who disagree with him?
Mmh. Well-said
There was so much animistic rage, Logan was fighting to containing, stopping himself from letting that rage and instinct to take over and kill those men
Whenever people try to defend the CGI claws in Origins, I always refer them back to this scene... which came out 9 years earlier.
The claws wolvy had in origins looked like they were from Toys-R-Us
I love the way it reflects light in this scene
It looked so real to where I actually thought he had claws in his hand. 😂
Power is when we have every justification to kill, and we don't.
That was some
Opening to his character
Our first introduction to who Logan was gonna be. And he knocks it out of the park🤘. Grew up watching the animated series in the 90s...only to see Jackman fulfill this character as a teenager. There is only one man that will be the Wolverine in my eyes.
